I went to Hearing Wales for micro-suction on the off-chance rather than going to my previous clinic.
I was happy with the micro-suction and decided it may be time to upgrade my five-year old hearing aids. The advice Amy provided on the various options was clear and helpful, and the subsequent visits for the moulds to be taken and then for the aids to be set up went well. I am pleased with the hearing aids, which I hardly notice wearing.
I have been really impressed by Amy’s professional and friendly approach as an audiologist; and Adele, the receptionist always has a smile and a warm welcome.
My last visit was again for micro-suction, which was done by David, the locum audiologist. He also provided a fine service, which included checking and adjusting the hearing aids.
Hearing Wales has an excellent team in Newcastle Emlyn and I will not now go anywhere else for my hearing needs.

Nichola and Sophia are so friendly and welcoming every time I attend an appointment at Hearing Wales Rhiwbina. From the initial hearing test, fitting of the new hearing aids and the subsequent care I am receiving is second to none. I would recommend anyone with hearing problems to visit Hearing Wales

We love Hearing Wales Mumbles branch , so caring and such an excellent service . My mum was really isolated before she got her hearing aids sorted and the after sales care and service the team offer more than offsets the cost. This place is an essential part of my mum’s quality of life and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Having struggled with an ear issue for weeks, under advice I went to the Hearing Centre in Narberth and a lady named Elke treated my issue and resolved it. Elke was brilliant and put me at ease.

What a great reception from Amy and Adele last Wednesday! There was no sense of rush and I had plenty of time to explain my problem. After the extensive tests, Amy patiently explained the problem and the various next steps I could take. Thank you both for a pleasant experience and a lovely cup of coffee. I was equally surprised when I realised that this service is free! I'd urge everyone to get tested here first before going to discuss the problem with anyone else. Many thanks. Chris

Several times when my elderly mother stays with me I’ve had to bring her in for batteries or hearing aid maintenance at very short notice, Amy and Adele each time have been so helpful and kind and managed to assist really quickly, I definitely recommend Hearing Wales
