Came in time and got no issue overall, packaging is also fine.

The product is very clear and useful. I like the technology behind it.

Efficient, very effective and worth spending the money on

I was very pleasantly surprised with the difference they make, I now have the TV volume at 15 instead of 42.They are so easy to use and have excellent adjustments and are really great value.

UPDATE:
In the end we went to his bank because they were making up excuses and spouting the law as usual. They said they would pay for the postage and cover us up to £10. I said you were sending a prepaid label. She came back with we don't do this. I said you stated in previous emails you will send over pre paid label, plus were to send it back to, plus another different address.
I said we are not sending them back because they gave us 3 different addresses. Also I reminded them my ex bank is sorting this out now.
I contacted his Bank Friday, and my ex hubby got all the money back today, plus the extra insurance he paid on top .
HAPPY DAYS..... Don't give up.. 😀

I have been in contact with this company on behalf of my ex partner.
As many others have mentioned you have to go through many emails back and forth. My ex partner has a faulty pair of hearing aids and we have sent proof and a video.
After a lengthy time they have said he will get a full refund and we have to pay for returns (which is not happening).
They are not UK based, another lie as many lies they will spout.
I have contacted Watchdog/rip off Britain and going to trading Standards.
There returns address is a hub and if you look at the top when your reading the reviews, it says Philippines.
Do not buy from this company...
They state by the reviews they have replied to, that they've had alot of customers happy with there service and returns. Which is another lie.
They want us to pay for returns and them inspect it, even though we have proof that they are faulty, in a video.
Then they will refund.
We will most probably do a charge back and this will incure a fee to them.
Not paying for returns when there faulty and they will most probably say they have not received package.

This company was formerly Hearwell, Trysmarthearing and probably several others as well.
Their products are amplifiers with no facility to adjust frequency.
They offer a 45 day risk free trial. However it is far from risk free. At best, if you claim a refund, you'll get about 40% back.

These people have operated under various names and shut down a company when their advertising methods come under scrutiny. They then continue under other names in order to profit from the vulnerable.

When they were called Hearwell, I did a chargeback on my credit card and received a full refund. You may not be so fortunate.

Read the Ts & Cs very carefully.

Following their reply saying the case has been resolved it in fact is nowhere near being resolved and I am currently in contact with trading standards and citizens advice who have since contacted me and I have passed this to this company. Another lie to make it appear as if they were able to meet a resolve with my mother, this is far from truthful. I will endeavor to do everything I can to save one elderly person from this disgusting company. I am waiting legal advice on wether it is appropriate to publish all their emails so everyone can see clearly how they treated my Mother. You may think this is over but be assured it is not. Please anyone reading this make sure any elderly person thinking of getting hearing aids to AVOID this shower like the plague. They have totally worn my mother down. She also took 2 years insurance which of course cannot be refunded either. I look forward to fighting you and publishing the emails you bombarded my Mother with. Your answer about how you came to the wrong conclusion that she didn't have them fitted correctly is totally inaccurate. My Mother has been treated like she is stupid by them, she knows how something should fit properly in her ear, you Insulted her intelligence. According to citizens advice any goods can be returned for a FULL refund within 30 days, day one being the day you informed the company that the goods were not suitable. I am looking forward to the fight with you, to many companies line tours think they can get away with ripping people off and taking g money from unwel and vulnerable people. Disgusting and please please avoid.

Do not use this useless excuse for a company impossible to get your money back they only offer 30% refund and that’s after long wait so the 45 day money back guarantee is as worthless as this low life scum company

This company says try at home for 45 days and if not happy send back for a refund - I’ve tried and been offered 30% of original cost - they are rubbish, do not buy unless you wish to keep

I cancelled within 2 hrs and they still took my money theh dont answeremails be very wary

There are some things they could do better

Fast delivery with nice customer service experience. I'm happy with my shopping here..
