Very friendly and professional towards my teenage daughter.

The staff are always very friendly and efficient.

I was made very welcome and was looked after so well.
The appointment system was brilliant too.
After my appointment I was advised to get a GP appointment - that was the difficult bit - earliest is 10 days time!

Every element was faultless. Making the booking was effortless - in the shop in Forest Row. I wasn't kept waiting when I attended for my appointment. My practitioner (James, I think) was courteous and considerate, putting me at my ease. He did the job (microsuction) without fuss and was generous with helpful advice.
