The Hearing Clinic レビュー 

I got a quick appointment and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. My consultation was with Amy who listened to all I had to say, answered all my questions, explained the tests I was going to have and gave me a clear description of her findings. I got a speedy report outlining everything which was also copied to my GP. I was very impressed and pleased that I had chosen this clinic. I now have a clear idea of my ear problems and what I need to do next.

I expected the hearing aids they supplied (top of the range) to produce better clarity than my NHS ones, they did not and I could hear more clearer with my NHS aids even after 3 return adjustment appointments.

After the first year I was told I needed to send the hearing aids for servicing. I had to package them up in the envelope provided and pay registered postage. In the absence of these Aids I had to resort to my NHS Aids and my hearing was better.

When I first attended I felt the Audiologist procrastinated by extending the initial test period so that I would miss the time limit where you can cancel the contract if you are not satisfied. Further I was then in the situation where I had to pay £900 for a further year of care. The ‘care’ amounted 1 wax removal and a re-tuning visit of 1 hour. I was due to return in October but this visit was cancelled by them and the Audiologist email saying she was cancelling as she wanted to write to my go to get a check as one ear was able to hear better than the other. I already know this and declined for her to do this. My next appointment is January 27 for wax removal if needed, not the care I expected for £900.

I brought my nine year old to The Hearing Clinic as she has a history of hearing issues and surgeries, she has been fine for a couple of years but we've suspected the issues were back. Booking was easy, the lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. On the day both the person who checked us in and the person carrying out the hearing tests were great. They were really kind and reassuring to my daughter and the checks and tests were very thorough. I felt that we were in good hands. Sadly our suspicions were confirmed and our daughter's hearing issues have returned, but we left feeling informed and very clear on the results. I would not hesitate in recommending The Hearing Clinic to friends and family.

Angelique perfect as usual, but the hearings do not stream with my phone.

All staff were polite and helpful and very knowledgable.

Everyone at the Hearing Clinic gives me great help and advice.

Very thorough ear examination and audio tests. I am very pleased with the outcome and am able to hear clearly for the first time in years. The hearing aids prescribed are far superior to my previous hearing aids. I am very grateful.

Angelique was so welcoming and put me at ease as I was a little nervous. She was also very professional and explained everything very clearly. From the time I entered the clinic I was made to feel welcome and put at ease. I would really recommend it to anyone with hearing problems.

All questions were answered and it was made clear I could make contact if I had any problems or concerns.

We attended the Hitchin clinic and Angelica was super with our 8 year old daughter, who attended for an APD assessment. The assessment was thorough and lots of breaks inbetween. We received great communication and follow up report. Would 💯 recommend.
