The absolute best. Great customer service. Great products. All around great company. I've had to paste my monthly subscription for now due to financial issues but I hope to start it up again. I'm 69% Scottish so this means a lot to me

Something to look forward to
This is something that my husband look forward to every month.
The boxes are never disappointing. We love getting the little book that goes over tje items in each box, new recipies, the word of the month.

I love getting my heart boxes, but several boxes have come with broken items
I love getting my heart boxes. But I've had 2 that have come with broken items. I contacted you about the first one,and never received a replacement. It had honey and a little stuffed coo in it ,the honey didn't have the lid on it and the coo was covered with honey
I just received this months box and one of the salt/peppers shakers was broken. The tail on one of them is broken off. The box was a little crushed,bit I don't think enough to break anything, it looks like it might have been broken before it got packed.

I’m really sorry to read this, particularly as you’ve now been unfortunate enough to experience an issue twice. This certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have with Heartbox.
Damages are generally very unusual for us, and we put a huge amount of care into testing and packing our boxes before they leave Scotland. Sadly, a small proportion of our Highland Coo salt & pepper shakers have been damaged in transit this month. We’ve identified an issue with the original product packaging which can allow the shakers to move, and we’ve already raised this directly with our supplier.
We’re replacing all affected sets this week and I’ve also reached out to you directly, as I want to investigate what happened with your previous replacement and make sure everything is put right for you.
