Absolutely delighted with our new fire installed by Heatmatters. It looks fantastic and has completely transformed the room.

The team were very knowledgeable and clearly knew their trade inside and out.Everything was completed to a very high standard.

What impressed us most was how tidy they kept everything throughout the process, especially considering how messy this type of work can be. They also managed to fit us in much sooner than expected, which was a huge bonus.

Professional, hardworking, and reliable from start to finish. Highly recommended!

I recently completed on my house purchase and wanted a fuel burner installed. Attended the show room in Middleton to view different types. Rang and spoke to Dermot, arranged the assessment. The installation was completed by Dermot and Ben, everything was just perfect, their work was clean and they tidied up leaving the lounge as they found it with the exception of the brilliant burner they had fitted. Dermot explained the working of the burner before leaving. Spot on guys and I would definitely recommend you if anyone is looking for a burner.

Cannot recommend more highly. From initial advice on selecting a suitable stove and mantle to the installation everything was extremely professional. The actual installation was quite complicated and significant remedial work was expertly carried out beforehand by Dermot and Jay.

Highly recommend Dermot and jay at heat matters!! From the initial visit in the showroom talking through what we wanted and going through everything to the day of fitting was flawless thanks to Dermot and Jay. We are over the moon with our new stove, mantle etc, it is absolutely beautiful. The finish is so neat and tidy and Dermot and Jay left making sure everything was left clean, tidy and they took time to show us how to use the stove. Thank you again to you both and I will be recommending you to all friends and family!

So glad Dermot and his team were recommended to us. From walking into the showroom to the finished job Dermot was nothing but helpful and informative. We’d decided we wanted a gas stove so he recommended one to us and gave us some brochures to look through. He came over to survey the location etc of the fire and even advised on which mantelpiece and hearth would suit our home.
The job itself only took one day with Dermot, Jay and Harold. Everything was covered with dust sheets and left thoroughly clean.
We did have an unforeseen problem with the size of our gas pipes which Dermot and Jay came to fix a couple of days ago.
Very impressed from start to finish and the end result is exactly what we wanted. We’ve already recommended them to our friends.

We couldn’t be happier with our new log burner & fireplace. It looks absolutely stunning. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. The team are true experts, professional, and incredibly patient with our (sometimes silly) questions and guided us through every step of the process.
We checked out a couple of other companies before deciding, but nothing came close to the level of service, care, and expertise we received here. Outstanding service and a beautiful result!

As always, the service was fantastic and the end result was amazing.
Stove installation can be a messy job, but Heat Matters kept everywhere as dust free as possible and cleaned up as the installation progressed.

We recently had a wood burning stove installed by Heat Matters and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

We first discovered them on Instagram where they post videos of their installs from start to finish, which gave us confidence in their work. We then visited their showroom which is very well set out with plenty of options to see in person.

Dermot, the owner, came out to our house to carry out the survey and measurements. What stood out was that he also works in the showroom, so you deal with the same person throughout the whole process who already understands your property and requirements. He wasn’t pushy at all, just honest advice based on his experience and knowledge.

He provided a quote there and then and the price was very competitive, so we booked them immediately.

On installation day the team were fantastic. They were polite, professional and extremely careful in our home. One small detail that really impressed us was that they even replaced the dust sheets we had already put down with their own protective mats throughout the house wherever they needed access.

Once installed they demonstrated the fire, showed us how everything works and gave advice on aftercare and maintenance.

What really sets Heat Matters apart from other companies is that they provide the full end-to-end service — showroom, advice, survey and installation — rather than using subcontractors. They even offer ongoing chimney sweeping and have offered to return once we’ve finished decorating to complete the final touches.

Great price, great team and excellent workmanship. Highly recommended.

We visited the shop in Middleton and straight away we was met with outstanding customer service, the same day the survey was done 7.30pm on a Saturday night that is just next level customer service and we was super impressed. Installation done a week earlier than planned was super happy. Day of installation was faultless and the precision to detail was exceptional. The installation team was so friendly, gave loads of helpful tips and took extra care in our home protecting everything. It was a pleasure from start to finish dealing with Dermot and would highly recommend this company above any other.

From start to finish Dermot was very professional. The whole experience from picking our fire and mantel to seeing the end product was excellent. I cant thank them enough for making my dream come true with the fireplace I have always wanted.

From start to finish Dermot and the lads were fantastic. From Dermot coming out to see us to discuss our options to our visit to the lovely showroom where we was greeted with a friendly welcome by Dermot with an offering of refreshments there we chose exactly what we wanted. Absolutely fantastic Company, Customer Service, Workmanship, Advice, Cleanliness....everything you can think of was 100% perfection. I can't recommend them enough. The showroom is lovely and relaxing with a range of Spirits to enjoy whilst you choose your fire, with the help of Ben's expertise and no pushy sales tactics! They came across a steel gas pipe on installation which they weren't expecting to see, but overcome this problem. This did delay them, and even though it was a late finish for them they still took a lot of time making sure everything was as perfect as could be and cleaned up after themselves.
