I bought my daughter a pair of slippers unfortunately the stitching had come away (which could easily happen from any shop) I emailed and straight away Janine got back to me via phone call and email confirming if the size I initially ordered was still correct and that sheâll get another pair sent straight out so theyâd be arriving the day after.
The quick responses and customer friendly service was second to none and I will 100% be ordering from here again.
My little girl is in love with her Koala bear slippers sheâd been asking for some for weeks until we found the ones on this website.

Lovely warm and cosy slipper socks
An easy fast purchase of two beautiful and cosy pairs of slipper socks. An initial issue with one of the pairs but when I contacted Janine about the issue she responded very swiftly and sorted a replacement pair to be sent that arrived within two days.
