We are using Heathen for our project. The developer has a Discord where he very quickly replies to questions about the tool, should you have any. As for the tool itself, it is super straightforward, especially compared to other tools of the same type.
I got the tool through Github Sponsor, and honestly 15$ for what I got is more than worth the price!

I have used Heathen's tools for Steam for a long time. The product is excellent, but not so well documented. The price is getting too high, and the constant paid upgrades send the wrong message, especially for a tool priced per seat. The cost of this got out of hand.

Have used their platform for years - Heathen have built a critical piece of our tech stack with their Steam integration and provide excellent, fast support. They are a must-have partner if you are working on games for Steam with either Unity or Unreal!

Loden is the GOAT, I gihlty reccomend all of their products, services, and cant express enough how grateful I am for how helpful they have been to me.

Heathen's Toolkit makes working with the Steam SDK incredibly less painful, it's very well developed and to top it off, their support is unmatched! They go way above and beyond to help. If there were more than 5 stars, this is one asset that would definitely get it.

A lot of functionnalities, covering all my needs for an indie game developer.

The support is also very fast, kind and precise.

I purchased Steamworks last year but never used it. Recently, as my project is about to launch, I wanted to explore what Steamworks can do. It turns out it was worth every penny. I am very satisfied with the system and the help and responses I received here. It's cool to have an achievement system and cloud saving system, and I know that Steamworks Complete is capable of much more. Great job!

Really impressed by the support from the asset creator & team. seems like they're always in discord answering questions. The asset itself is great and has easily saved me hundreds of hours.

Used this asset to get out of the nightmare that is Steamworks.NET, and it was the best choice to make.
Instructions are straightforward and when needed the support was instant and meticulous to help me.

I've received top notch support, and the developers ensure that there are regular code updates for their feature-rich API. The code has saved me a lot of time and effort in developing my single- and multi-player Steam game (Still in development, working name is "Fusion Racer")

Heathen Engineering provides great support and has helped me solve many issues that I've had unrelated to the tool, has rapidly added non-standard features that I required, and has quickly responded to my help requests whenever I've had them.

The software makes multiplayer much easier, and the developer(s) provides a lot of help through their Discord. Moreover, by being a sponsor on Github, I have access to samples and prefabs

They really have a huge knowledge base and helped me a lot to get things done which were based on Steam. Their support is as always more then perfect and fast.

I became a gitHub sponsor of Heathen, mainly for the access to Steamworks Complete. This solution is robust and about as user friendly as it gets, that being said, multiplayer is still no walk in the park, and this company's support via discord is second to none. On multiple occasions, I asked a lengthy question, and every time I received a very detailed response with reference links, in minutes! Tutorials show examples of how to use their asset but also just good design and flow habits. Highly recommend if your using Steam and Unity.

I was already using Steamworks on my game. But my implementation was awful. Then i became a sponsor of Heathen Group to try to port it, i can say that it was a breeze.

The documentation was really good and in a couple of hours, said and done.

A few weeks later i had to make some changes on the ballistics for a game on the company i work.
Then i found that they had a Ballistic API for my use case, but when i was testing it was not working because i needed a Raycast2D.

Within minutes they updated the package and just worked for the project.

TLDR: Great customer service, great assets, great documentation.

The support they offer on all their assets is perfect, you can get in touch with the developers in discord and talk to them all you need. They will ask questions and try to solve your issue in a private thread.
