Heathrowcarpark レビュー

Had a really good experience with Heathrow Car Park. Eqbal met us to
park our cars and drove us the short journey to the airport. It’s was a very smooth and easy start to the holiday. On our return our flight was cancelled resulting in us not getting back until a day later. We kept Eqbal informed and he was ready to greet us a day later as soon as we arrived. Amazing service we are so grateful for your excellent communications and making everything run smoothly for us. We will definitely use again and pass your details to friends and family. Thanks again from Kerry & Damian Cooper

We had a brilliant experience parking our car with Heathrowcarpark.com. It was really easy to book, the car park was great, very secure and the drivers were professional and helpful. Highly recommend. We will definitely use again 👍👍👍

Absolutely fantastic service, from start to finish, I had a flat battery and the driver took time out of his busy schedule and went and brought a jumping cable and then start my car for me, I will definitely be booking this coming again on my next travel… very comfortable and secure service.

Easy parking location to find. A couple of minutes from M25. Contacted by Iqbal on my way up and given precise pin. Really friendly, took video of the car. Kept my keys which was re-assuring. Pretty quick trip to T2 at Heathrow and quick pickup from T5. Great service all round. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from booking to arriving home. We rang up 30 minutes before arriving at the car park where we were met. The car is parked inside a multi-storey, covered facility with shutter-controlled entry & exit and CCTV, so it's very safe, and we took the key with us. We were picked up in a private minibus and dropped off at the terminal, on our return we rang them and they collected us with no wait and dropped us back. They took a video of the car when we arrived. Remember you have to pay £15 cash to the driver; this is to enter the airport itself. This covers collection as well, all in all an excellent service 5stars

We booked Heathrow Car Park Staines through Google for our flight from London Heathrow. At first, we thought the parking was a little too far from the airport and tried to cancel our booking. However, the owner called us personally and explained that it’s a private car park and that he provides both drop-off and pick-up from the airport. The journey to Heathrow took only around 10 minutes.
Communication with the owner was excellent throughout. Our car was parked safely and securely while we were away. When we returned from our trip, the driver came to pick us up, took us back to our car, and everything went smoothly.
Overall, we were very happy with the service and would definitely use this car park again.
Good price and excellent service.

Great service! Iqbel

Excellent service and lovely men running the business. We had a mishap with luggage and the guys were great at accommodating us and rearranging pick up wasn't an issue very impressed as a first time user, would definitely use again and recommend.

Great job. Thanks

Very good experience overall. I left my car here for two weeks while travelling abroad and had no issues at all.

The price was very reasonable, especially for two weeks of parking near Heathrow. Customer service was also very responsive, both before and during the booking.

I appreciated that there was no requirement to use their shuttle bus — I chose to take an Uber to and from Heathrow instead, which was much more convenient for me.

As it was my first time using the car park, they arranged for someone to meet me when I arrived and explain everything, which was really helpful. There were also plenty of parking spaces available.

The car park itself is fully enclosed and indoors, with a roller shutter entrance, so it felt secure. Another big advantage is that you don't necessarily need to wait for a member of staff to open the entrance — you can access it yourself, which is especially useful if you return late at night and just want to get home quickly.

Overall, very good value for money, convenient and straightforward. I would happily use them again for a longer Heathrow trip.

Excellent service

No problems at all. Great service.

2nd time to use the service. Amazing experience

Very safe place to park. Taking our keys along as well. So far so good .

Great service . Recommended

Very good service and prompt pick up at the garage for transfer to the terminal. The owner is very friendly and polite and communicates well. The only issue I had is that somehow my message announcing my arrival at the garage, which I sent using the WhatsApp number indicated in the confirmation email somehow did not reach the company, so that upon arrival I needed to call to arrange the pick-up, which was arranged promptly. In addition, as others have written before it would be good to know about the pick-up and drop-off charges charged by the airport. Otherwise an excellent service which I can recommend.

Used this service for our holiday to Thailand. Very efficient and excellent service from start to finish. Will definitely use again when we next holiday in December. Safe locked car park and only a 15 minute drive to airport. Great value for money

Very happy with the communication and ease of using this parking service. knowing my car was in a locked carpark with my keys safe with me. Transfer to and from airport was quick and the drivers were friendly! Great price too, would recommend!
