Fabulous job by Yuji. Installed new combi boiler in loft conversion. Informative and efficient, I barely knew he was in the house and he left no trace that work had been completed. He was polite and left us his details in case of any issues. Highley recommended

Christmas this year looked like it was going to be off to a good start. The boiler had decided to pack up and given it was days away from Christmas, it wasn’t looking hopeful. Thankfully Yuji of Heat Leaders was to the rescue. He turned up punctually and got to work. Even with the added difficulty of the boiler being in a terribly inaccessible location (and needing to dismantle some of the kitchen to get to) he was able to handle this added hurdle and worked tirelessly to replace the boiler and get it up and running. Once it was all done, I’d argue he even got the kitchen workspaces back together better than they had been before! Yuji was a true professional and also kept giving updates as he worked his craft. I’m eternally grateful for the superb job he did and know if there’s any problems in the future that I have peace of mind and can rely on his services.

Outstanding service. Yuji fitted my new boiler and pipes to an old gas meter. It was a very challenging job, he persevered/problem solved and did an amazing job, he is polite and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Yuji is an amazing professional I could not recommend enough. He installed our new boiler a couple of years ago when 2 other heat engineers couldn't due to some issues with the property. He worked hard all day to make sure all issues were sorted and everything was working well. He's returned twice since to service our boiler. Always polite, professional, efficient and really good with answering any questions we have.

Yuji is a very efficient and knowledgeable young engineer. He knows his stuff very well. He’s very respectful and friendly as well. He installed 7 radiators in one day and made it look so easy. He’s being informative, explaining while installing why he did this and that. If you want a boiler engineer that’s worth your every penny, call Yuji.

I needed a new boiler in the depths of winter and they sent Yuji ☺️ to install it.
He was on time, worked hard all day, was efficient, friendly and extremely polite. He answered all my questions with clarity and left the area where he'd been working spotlessly clean.
He has returned, 18 months later, to service the boiler and was once again super polite and efficient.
I have no hesitation in recommending Yuji.

Yugi came today to repair a leaking toilet system. It proved to be trickier than expected but he was extremely helpful throughout the process. He offered additional advice and the system is now working perfectly. I will definitely be using HEATLEADERS again and Yugi is a thoroughly trustworthy and extremely pleasant young man. Many thanks!

I have been using Heatleaders for the past year. We had a gas leak underneath a tiled bathroom floor which we couldn’t access . Yuji managed to isolate the leak and run a new supply whilst disconnecting all the other redundant gas piping He did a great job no fuss and always on time
Since then he’s come out twice to fix a boiler leak and a faulty bath tap Always reliable and easy to deal with I recommend 100%
