Graham the engineer came out same day to assess the existing boiler for repair. Once it became clear that it wasn't viable to repair, there was no callout fee, he gave me a brochure to look through of options. I received quotes for all options the very next day. After confirming my choice, we arranged a suitable day for work to commence which was 2 working days from initial quote. On the day, the installer was very polite and courteous, took every precaution to protect carpets etc, ensured there was no mess left and removed the old boiler. Made sure I understood how to work the new boiler before leaving. Very impressed. I definitely recommend

We were a bit apprehensive about the disruption the installation of a new boiler and six radiators could cause to a home. Our fears were unfounded as Heatsafe Heating did a first class job in two days, with all mess cleaned up and waste removed. The engineers were all very knowledgable and pleasant, very impressed with the pipework on the boiler, a work of art.

From start to finish customer service was amazing. Accommodated any requests I had with no hesitation. Carpet and furniture protectors were used at all times so area was as clean as they found it when then they left. Work completed was done to a high and professional standard. The three guys that completed the work were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Job was finished within the agreed times. Would recommend this company for boiler installation.

Absolutely fantastic service from Dougie and Lee while installing my new boiler. They went to great lengths to protect my property during the install and left the place immaculate. I had a leak with my gas boiler, and Heatsafe came out within a day and fitted a new boiler after making sure they knew exactly what I needed. I have used the company for a number of years to service the boiler and have always been impressed with their professional, friendly approach.

Heatsafe Heating provided a new combi boiler at a great price and with a very quick supply and fit service, less than a week. The installers were really friendly, left no mess and explained everything as they went through the process. They are a great local firm who I would recommend to anyone looking for central heating supply, install and service.

After being let down not once but twice by a so called reliable heating engineer I decided to contact heatsafe, Best thing I did the service was excellent Graeme came out to inspect what was involved and explained everything to me. I received my quotes and decided to go ahead with the work, two and a half days later and my new heating was up and running great service i would recommend them

Graeme Dougie and Lee showed up on time and fitted my new boiler in less than a day, they tidied up after they were finished. There were a few niggles due to my flat which they found solutions for and fixed. Would definitely use again to service the boiler and would recommend - 5 stars
