Just as others have said, this site is a total scam. Payment made, no response of any kind for weeks, despite repeated attempts at communication through various channels. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute Scam, all flavors were burnt taste spend around 170$ on pods of Juul 1 and Juul 2, I don't know why everyone on the comments says taste was good. Either I'm crazy or I was the only one that received burned pods

I hate to give them even one star since I already gave them over 300$ and NEVER received what I paid for even after MANY attempts to get any answer from customer service. Worst experience I’ve ever had online from a company.

Absolute scamsters. Don’t deliver the products. Beware of these scamsters!

I placed an order on 02/21, it's been almost 30 days and it says it's still processing. No response from CS. I think I've lost my $200 at this point.

Very poor follow through and zero communication after multiple follow ups. I still haven’t received my order or an email. It’s been two weeks. I think it’s a scam.

Scam unfortunately.
Their website interface has red flags, you can fill the fields for an account however you want and it wouldn’t give an error.
Their payment methods are by crypto or Amazon gift card (this is illegal) only, another red flag.
Their support line doesn’t work.
They do not get back to you, they just have automated emails if you complete certain fields.
Report this website to the Cyber Security department on FBI’s sites.

I ordered TEREA sticks / IQOS products from heatsland.com and paid $120 using an Amazon Gift Card as they insisted (only accepted gift cards or crypto – huge red flag). They confirmed receipt of the code and said shipping would be quick.
It's been over 2 weeks with no tracking, no delivery, and now zero responses from support. The website looks professional at first but is clearly a scam – low trust scores elsewhere, similar complaints on Reddit (r/iqos), and only a couple of other bad reviews here calling it out as scammers.
They took my money and ghosted. Do NOT buy from heatsland.com . Reported to Amazon !
