I placed an order in August and my payment was taken. It’s now December and in spite of over 12 emails, there has been no response back to me on my order.

I have used VapeNotBurn for years for reliable and competitively priced delivery of IQOS into the US. I was very satisfied.

However, since about 4 weeks, new orders are no longer being processed and they are not responding to any email enquiries anymore.

I am concerned they may have quietly gone out of business.

Ordered to the USA. Great customer service, package arrived in time. Thanks

Great price, fast delivery to US - like about 7-10 days, buying from this site for about 2 years, never had the problems.
