Hello, I bought a Kingshot account. I had possession of the account in approx. 2-3 days after payment, and the whole transaction was complete in about 8 days. There were no issues at all, just needed time to properly transfer the account through Gmail.

As for Heaven Guardian staff, I was very pleased with working with them. They respond to questions very promptly and with proper information to put my mind at ease as to why things needed time to complete (such as binding / unbinding, email transfers, etc….).

I highly recommend this service by Heaven Guardian to everyone. In my opinion, the more money being spent on purchase, the more reason to use this company. Safe, secure, and fast. If an issues does arise, they have live people standing by on their discord server to help out. Definitely 5 stars in my mind!

You state that valuations are based on market demand and that listed prices do not reflect final sale prices. However, this excuse does not justify the massive chasm between your offers and your active listings:
If weaker, lower-tier accounts are openly listed on your platform for $8,000–$10,000 USD, offering me only $2,500 USD via email initially—and then dropping it further to $1,100 USD when I contacted you on Discord for better communication—is a profound inconsistency. Moreover, when I pointed out the huge gap between these low offers, you arbitrarily jumped your offer up to $3,800 USD, which only proves how arbitrary and untrustworthy your valuation process really is.
Even if those listed prices are "asking prices," the fact remains that you allow those high prices for weaker accounts while actively suppressing the value of mine and refusing to list it at a fair market price.
Furthermore, you still completely avoided answering my direct question: Why are lower-tier accounts allowed to be publicly listed at such exorbitant prices while my superior account is valued a fraction of that? Blaming time zones for a once-a-day response cycle does not excuse a lack of transparency and failing to answer direct questions.
My warning to other users remains unchanged: evaluate your offers extremely carefully and consider more transparent, reliable alternatives.

Good people and you can trust heaven guardian, however a lot of delays especially being the seller of an account. Be expected to wait a while for a transaction to be completed.

Heaven Guardian listed my account for 3 months, yes 3 months that’s a huge amount of time. After those 3 months they lost contact with me for like 2 months and completely stopped posting my account anywhere on the website or anywhere else. Then they randomly messaged me a month ago saying:
‘Hi
After reviewing the market more carefully, we believe a readjustment of 10% of the price is necessary to find a buyer for your account. The new price including 10% fees would be: $7290
Please confirm me so we can proceed the update’
I confirmed with them but still no update about anything even though my account is maxed out completely. Then on July 28th they messaged me asking to change the price once again, and when they were in contact with me for those 3 months they already changed the account price 10 times. I then contacted another business called Vault of Legends which found an account buyer for me in 5 hours. So what were they waiting for, for me to just give the account away for free? Heaven Guardian is a complete scam, they take 10% but then they use some extra hidden fees.

Bought a farm account sadly they don’t offer that anymore, but they did send my $35 back within 12 hours of me sending it to them and it was the exact same amount nothing more nothing less. I might have to trust this website now!!
