detroit marine turbos. best price in US

purchased a pair of new garrett turbos for my 42 ss ocean. 671 detroits. original garrett and detroit replacement part. 5103838. they had the best price in the US. the garrett turbo s are brand new and perfect. shipping was on time. tracking updates. double boxed and foamed for protection.

utterly ridiculous !!

utterly ridiculous !!
i ordered head bolts for a cat engine, you send me off the shelf bolts i could have bought at farm supply store. not enough of them to do the job and not the right torque rating. STILL waiting on my return label for them.

Parts are late

Parts ordered April 26, entered April 27 and now it's May 6, still waiting, scheduled to arrive May 8
I'm not very happy with the situation

Dear Alan you have the tracking Info and if you see that UPS send the Package to Wrong Delivery address because of the error at their End and they corrected the issue upon inquiry and Package is out for delivery,

as per Tracking info you can see that package was Delivered to UPS on 27th April and after this point the UPS is Responsible for the delivery, But we are really Sorry for Inconvenience

This is my third time doing business…

This is my third time doing business with Stan and each time has been awesome. I live in the US Virgin Islands and it hard to get parts here in good time. I bought my new water pump on Thursday and and it was here by Sunday afternoon.

Stan is great guy and a man of his word. HD kits is my Goto for all my parts.

don't buy here

Finally found out I was supposed to receive a third package for order# 2825. Stan sent me tracking # for 2 packages, neglected to give me tracking # for third package. Looks now like engine kit does not come with head gskt, valve seals , intake plenumn Etc.... package ha been sitting in vancouver for 4 days. The phone # Stan Rodriguez supplied was his own, not mine. As a result I was not phoned and stan did not inform me about duties to be paid. Now you funny too stan. Very poor service and condescending attitude. Take off eh!!!

You never know how it's going to go…

You never know how it's going to go when your have to communicate long distance when buying parts. I have to say I was very pleasantly suprised with the prompt service I received from Stan and the parts arrived quickly (one week which is excellent for the Caribbean).
Will be back to you if I need anything else.
