Ordering was fast, easy. the CEO himself emails his customers and ensures all goes ok. STAN R. Follows up with order and makes it happen. Heavy Duty had the right parts when needed. I will for sure tuck this away and use again. It seems as always Freightliner is having distribution issues. Time is money. HUGE THANKS TO HEAVY DUTY KITS.

Great communication and fast response
But when it comes to inventory no respobility at all. Website stated 10 items available, when I bought 1 it state 9 but I was told they are on back order for 45 days after a charge towards my account was placed and had to wait for a refund

We appreciate your Review, you ordered Mitsubishi 6D24 Rebuild Kit from H.D.Kits. We do have this Item in stock and we do ship it Via Ground Shipping from our warehouse in Miami, FL and it usually take 2-4 Business days to deliver depending upon customer location.
The Reason for the Delayed Delivery was Liners Availability as they were on Back Order and we discussed this on Phone with you and we agreed on waiting till liners availability and delivery which took 7 business days to deliver.
We still do have standard Liners, Pistons, Camshaft, Oil Pump in our stock ready to deliver, But oversized liners are on back order with 1 business week wait time.
We really appreciate your business with us.
We are Striving To Improve Our Service and will bring your concern under consideration.
