Highly recommended for quality and outstanding service. We bought 9 large leylandii and couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the plants. The service too has been exceptional in every respect. First rate supplier.

Ordered 90 Laurels which were packed and shipped within a few day. They arrived well packed on a couple of high sided palettes protecting them from any damage.

All the Laurels were in perfect condition, well watered with no damage from pests or transit.

The bottom line is when I need some more I'll be ordering from Hedging Plants Direct.

Excellent company. I placed my order for 10 meters of UK natural hedging, I got a confirmation of my order quickly and was informed that the hedges would arrive 2 days later.
My husband told me off as he wanted them delivered for the following week.
I quickly emailed Hedging Plants Direct to ask if the order could possibly be delayed by a week to give my poor husband time to prepare the soil etc.
A lovely chap called Will responded to me straight away and said that it wouldn't be a problem.
Feeling paranoid I emailed Will again to confirm what the actual new delivery date would be. Will very patiently and kindly responded to me and confirmed.
On the day of the delivery their Courier hadn't emailed me, to say they'd got my delivery nor what the time slot would be, so I contacted Will again to get an idea of the time they'd be delivered.
Will kindly and very efficiently looked into it and phoned me with an update. He was very polite and helpful, he said he'd tracked it and it was on it's way, but he'll continue to monitor it's progress.
We happily received the hedging later that day.
Maybe Hedging Plants Direct you could ask your Courier to actually communicate with your customers though themselves.
The hedges were very well packaged and absolutely gorgeous. They were in a great condition (only one hedge piece arrived dead, but all the others were fine). The mix of hedge types were marvellous. We opted for the Hawthorne based option, as Hawthorne is particularly loved by ladybirds.
I'm very impressed with the excellent customer service (where Will went over and above to assist me) and delighted with the hedges.
In my opinion, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish in ordering my bulk hedges.
Definitely would buy from again.

We had a small query when we placed the order and from the start the gent at the other end of the phone was very easy to deal with so we placed the order there and then. The euonymous arrived today and they look great, much better than we had available locally.
So will we use again - yes

Ordered on Sunday and the plants were with me by Wednesday! Excellent service. My client was impressed with the quality of the Euonymus hedging. It is planted at the front of their house and is very important that it looks the best.

Excellent pot grown Laurel Hedging, really pleased with the quality of the plants. Ordered on Friday and delivered on Tuesday, highly recommended!
