My experience with Hedonskate.
Since there's little information about this site online, I've decided to summarize my personal experience:
On April 22, 2026, I ordered a pair of aggressive skates from the site, which stated I'd receive my order in 2 days (now that's no longer stated).
Immediately after paying, I received an error message, but since the PayPal payment had gone through, I wasn't worried.
After two days, having received no response, I called them and they said they'd ship the next day.
The day after, I didn't receive a message from them. I tried calling them again, but they didn't answer.
The next day, I tried calling them again, and they told me the skates should have already been shipped and that I shouldn't worry.
A few hours later, I received a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
The skates arrived in 2 days and are exactly what I ordered.
The dozens of negative experiences I'd read online made me fear the worst, but in the end everything worked out fine, and after receiving the skates, I wondered if things would have gone well even without my calls.
My impression is that this site is a small operation that doesn't manage things very well.
