Worst Online Shopping Experience
Placed an order based on the clear same-day delivery promise on the website for orders placed before 10:30 AM. After following up in the evening when nothing arrived, I was suddenly told my area was ânot eligibleâ for same-day delivery, despite this never being mentioned during checkout. I was then told delivery would happen the next day by 6 PM.
The next day came, 6 PM passed, then I was told âmaximum by 7 PM.â It is now past 9 PM at the time of writing this review and I still have not received the order.
What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of visibility and accountability. The tracking link never worked and continuously showed âno records found,â so I had absolutely no idea where my order was or when it would actually arrive. I was also advised to contact the courier company myself, as if the delivery experience is somehow separate from the company I purchased from. I still tried calling the courier and nobody answered.
The order is within the same emirate, Dubai, yet there has been no proper communication, no functioning tracking, and no proactive update from anyone. Delays happen, but the lack of care, ownership, and transparency throughout this entire experience has been extremely disappointing.
I would genuinely advise people to order elsewhere.
