Very nice people and quick

My experience with Height finance was stress free thanks to Ms. Constance, the branch manager. She's a very nice and professional person. Customer service was top tier and she went over and beyond to assist me.

No hassles, completely professional

Very fast approval and easy. My credit isn’t the best at all. So basically, I was shocked, being turned down from other loans..and approved quickly…Atmosphere was very pleasant. I was in and out less than 20 minutes.

My payment Was due on the 19th, 2 days ago. Dolores calls me in a pissy mood reminding me I missed that payment. It was not intentional, I just don't have it, which I told her that.

Oh that set her off. She told me I was at default if I didn't make it today and that I no longer can get loans because it was renewed. I told her I get paid in 4 days if they could wait. Her answer was no. Well they are gonna have to and fine, been doing business with them for years, when I get that loan paid off, I'll do my business elsewhere.

This was my first experience with Heights Finance in Dickson. They were absolutely fantastic! Extremely helpful and personable. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Heights Finance Corporation really came through for me when I was in a pinch! I am incredibly grateful to Mr. Willie Dunbar, who went out of his way to find the necessary resources that weren't immediately available to me. Excellent service and support.

The employees they have working at this facility don't seem to understand the fine print they make note when they give a loan out to someone. You have a 10 day grace period before you obtain a late fee for your loan payment, however these woman in this location don't seem to understand how it works. I find it bizarre that they want to question why you're a few days late on your payment but a few days isn't 10 days so take a chill pill.

Let me tell about this horrible company. I filled out for a loan 2 weeks ago, it literally took the almost a week to finish the loan, everytime I called to check the process everybody was so rushy and so dismissive. Then I talk to Cathy after my information had been passed on to somebody else. I got approved for a loan to get a car. Told cathy I would call her back forgot to call her back until there next day and was told my application was sheared and that I had to do application AFTER I had already gotten approved. Told them I would call them back again Monday morning to do the application, called them on Tuesday because of the holiday all day long never got answer. Let a vcmail Wednesday still no call back. Mind I jus got a email from a credit bereau saying “your application was denied” from two days again when I didn’t even apply for anything now it’s like they’re running my name through any and every database know to mankind. Horrible service! I can’t even tell them I don’t want the loan or to get rid of my information because they won’t answer the phone!….update they asked for my contact information 7 days ago and never called! Once again save yourself from this company!

Amber at the Denton office went above and beyond to get the revised loan I requested. She could have just said it was not possible, instead she made it happen.
