Har så lige opdaget at jeg har overset en mail de sendte først på året om at de ville trække pengene idag, håber jeg kan få pengene tilbage og så mit abonnement er opsagt herefter.

Rarely do I receive a human response to an inquiry within less than 5 minutes of writing it. And it's really rare that the response answers my inquiry fully without saying that it's been received and we'll get back to you. This team totally resolved my inquiry within minutes of receiving my request, and responded, all within 5 minutes. Good job.

The App and software for Windows 10 and Android is the best I can ask for. Had multiple hack intents and none of them could.

I was appreciative of how quickly the team responded to my issue with a quarantined file. This kept minimal impact to our patient software running and happy staff!

I have no doubt that Heimdal Security is a very efficient security tool, but I`m afraid I found it very difficult to use, compared with your competition. (I now use Norton + Malwarebytes together).
It could well be, that I am not an experienced enough user for this advanced program

I am sorry but I do not leave Trustpilot reviews since they have changed their software and the filters are set too high.
It is important to understand that Trustpilot contact YOUR customers because YOU have advised Trustpilot that these people have purchased a product or service from YOU.
YOUR customers leave reviews in good faith only for Trustpilot to contact YOUR customers for proof of purchase receipts, email, invoices etc.
This is unnecessary as the only reason Trustpilot contact YOUR customers is because YOU have asked them to.
If you have another feedback method, I will happily leave an excellent review for the product and service I have received from your company

It protects some older PCs running Windows 7 still. However, there are some that does not work. On Windows 10 and Windows 11, it works flawlessly. It has clear some of the hard to detect viruses on Windows 7 previously not detected using FREE edition of Ads out there.

I've got an e-mail from my business partner who wants us to discuss about joint venture company.
It included a pdf file for my review, but I couldn't open it because system considered it as phishing e-mail.
I contacted Heimdal Security to solve it and, agile action by Heimdal Security allowed me to open it.

Excellent Antivirus & Great Support, only one issue for me when DarkLayer Guard is enabled other Ad Blocker apps conflict with this, still trying to sort this out.

Support are always quick to repond and are often able to resolve issues first time.

Never signed up to this service, however made its way onto my computer, they were however helpful in removing it. I now receive regular emails, which I have requested to be unsubscribed from, still not happened. Given they are meant to be a security system, it is not great that they cannot comply with the most basic data protection regulations. Not very impressed.

Immediate support by mail answer on my question about possibility to scan the whole computer. New installation of heimdal software was proposed and that was it! Mail by support in one hour, thats great.
