Jacket works great. Needed it once so far and hopefully the last and it worked as advertised. Just added a new air tube and was off.

I purchased the vest and I like it. It feels a little heavy and restrictive at first but not really a concern. There is a learning curve on remembering to connect it and disconnect it before and after getting on the bike. I have forgotten to disconnect before getting off the bike but with the 60-lb required pull there was never any danger of a discharge. I would like to see a different type and color on the clip that attaches the vest to the bike lanyard so there is no way hook up wrong (which I have done). I purchased the Hi-viz and I'm glad I did with the way people are driving now. I did have to test it with a friend and it performed as expected - instantaneous and good protection. I hope I never have to use it but certainly adds a nice bit of protection and I feel its priced fairly for what you get.

I own the vest and the jacket and would suggest you get one or both if you ride. Doesn’t matter if you ride a mile or a thousand. If you ride you need one or both. Your family and friends would agree. Invest in keeping yourself alive and well.

Nice product. Well made. This device is a quantum jump in safety. Riding is all about risk management. This device will seriously reduce your chance of bleeding to death due to internal injuries.

Great customer service and quality. I own two helite vest and used one. It kept me from sustaining injuries. Highly recommend to all riders.

Crashed my bike in rural Utah, but was wearing my helite and helmet. Only injury was my helmet hitting my jaw from the ground and cutting my lip. Helite deployed and worked perfect. Truly an exceptional piece of gear.

I've been wearing my vest for about a year now. It's holding up good. No deployments to report.

Just the nature of an airbag gets a little hot in the summertime with minimum airflow to your body. Has gone off three times with me although wasn’t going slow and just tipped over and got very tight and secure the neck as well. But deflated in a reasonable time.

First the overall purchasing experience was great. Easy and quick delivery. But the sizing charts are junk. Totally junk. They really need to rethink those. Whatever your normal size, its silly what they think. I am below each of the chosen dimensions listed for the size I ordered, but there is not a chance I can wear this.

I've had my motorcycle vest for over a year now, it's been used every time I have ridden and gone off twice. Both times saved me from some injury.
There could be some improvement in having more around the should protection area. Otherwise a great product.

My Turtle Vest and my Adventure Jacket are essential components of ATGATT, depending on the weather. The jacket is just too warm when it is above 85º F. Regardless, when warm I wear my mesh armored jacket and Turtle Vest. I've seen the evidence that an air vest / jacket can be the difference between walking away with bruises and hospitalization with serious injuries.

Helite is absolutely unique and technically advanced gear for motorcycle safety. So happy they push boundaries of innovation where mainstream manufacturers have not in such effective safety gear development.

A MUST HAVE ON ANY BIKE...SAVED MY HUBBIES LIFE...

Bought the vest earlier this year. Unfortunately got into an accident a couple months ago while splitting lanes. The vest worked flawlessly, and I walked away with just minor bruising on my arms and legs, despite landing on the bike and rolling on the ground. I am 100% confident that I would have had broken ribs and spinal injuries without the vest.

First rate product and rep company. I now own 2, have bought 2 more for riding partners. No reservations.

The vest is comfortable to wear, deploys quickly when engaged, a great value for the price, and provides excellent coverage.
