The person I talked to was really kind, courteous, and helpful.

Given the anxiety from this entire process, it's nice to have someone who sounds knowledgeable and courteous on the other side to help.

Charlene was nice and helpful but overall we were not clear about what we were buying. The “faster” divorce process took several months and a lot more paperwork, which was not what we were expecting.

I had an absolutely amazing experience through Hello Divorce! Everything was so easy from Day 1. Hannah was so supportive and helpful every step of the way. She answered all my questions and responded in a timely manner. I really appreciated that she would even let me know if she would be out of office and that she would respond to me as soon as she could. If she didn't know the answer to a question she would find out without hesitation. Hannah was just so reassuring and wonderful throughout the entire process I cannot express how thankful and grateful I am that she was there to guide me through it all. my divorce was very difficult on many levels and hello divorce made it so much better and so much more manageable. I could’ve never filled out the paperwork without them. I don’t think I was aware as to how difficult the paperwork is and what the different steps require. The legal processes of divorce are so confusing and intimidating. When I found out there was a service that could help you through it I was so pleased, but not only did they help me file - they went above and beyond to make sure the divorce was completed after my ex had moved to another state. My divorce was simple and amicable, we didn't want to waste our money on attorneys that would be expensive and possibly turn our friendly divorce into a nasty one. They walked us though the process, gave us everything we needed to provide the courts including all the documents, provided any additional expertise whenever we needed it. Courtney, our coordinator, could not have been more helpful, patient with my endless questions, and responsive to our needs.

I used Hello Divorce for consultations and to hire a private judge. The consultations were handle by Melissa and the private judge process was handled by Hannah. Both did a phenomenal job. The private judge was the way to go, too. I never stepped foot in a court room and the process was super fast. Thanks, y'all!

During the process they pushed a sale, and put in writing from the sales team that we would not need additional products. Once we purchased the initial package it became clear we would need more. It was clear that the team members we spoke with after were trying to help, but customer service and sales were not helpful and extremely rude. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Even when there's no disagreements, divorce is hard! I tried the DIY route and it was so overwhelming. The money spent on having the hellodivorce team file for us and the ease of filling out the forms saved my emotional health and in the long run, lots of money. I have some mixed thoughts. Would recommend using this service for very simple cases where both parties are very aligned.

Easiest divorce ever. I spent less than $3500.00. I had attorneys at my fingertips and my divorce was finalized in less than 11 months. Whenever I ever needed help, someone responded within 24 hrs. I’d recommend Hello Divorce to anyone who’s looking for an inexpensive, fast and efficient process.

We would highly recommend HelloDivorce. They provided a simple system for us to file, complete documents, and ask any questions during the process. Also, they were extremely patient with us and never pressured us throughout the process.

The representatives were all kind, empathetic, and professional.

The portal was sluggish and repetitive, and the process flow was cumbersome.

* The forms should have autofill. I had to reenter the basic information on every form. It should have been entered once and prepopulated on the other documents.

* The SLA for representative to respond to questions is two business days. This slowed the process too much to make the platform usable for me. Confirming the information in the initial notice took a month because one question would generate another question, which had another two-day wait.
