60 euro voor een fles vodka. Jullie zijn niet goed!!😅😆

Besteld maar geen bezorging of reactie...bellen of appen wordt niet op gereageerd...nu probeer ik mijn geld via thuisbezorgd terug te krijgen..meer als 50 euries...anders maar naar Eindhoven...

Wat een slechte service, ik heb een bestelling gedaan en kreeg totaal wat anders geleverd. Opgebeld, en ze zouden het goede komen brengen. Nooit meer wat van gehoord, de eigenaar neemt ook niet op. Wat een slechte gang van zaken, NOOIT meer Hello Drinks.

Zeer slechte ervaring met dit bedrijf!

Mijn zoontje van 7 had per ongeluk een bestelling geplaatst van ongeveer €60. Ik heb direct contact opgenomen om de bestelling te annuleren. De medewerker gaf aan dat dit geregeld zou worden. Wat gebeurt er vervolgens? De bestelling wordt op ‘bezorgd’ gezet, maar wij hebben nooit iets ontvangen.

Daarna heb ik vier weken lang geprobeerd te bellen en te appen, maar er wordt simpelweg nergens op gereageerd. Schandalig! Zo ga je niet met klanten om. Onbetrouwbaar, slecht bereikbaar en absoluut geen service. Dit bedrijf is wat mij betreft geen cent waard.

Niet bestellen zijn OPLICHTERS!!
Voor 70euro drinken besteld zijn niet komen opdagen. En hebben op de app wel gezet dat het bezorgd is!!

They are a scam. Don't use this company. Ordered wine they didn't deliver and wouldn't respond to email or phone follow up's. Nothing. Had to go to my bank to dispute transaction and get my money back. I've reported them.

rotbedrijf , bestelling van 50 euro is niet bezorgd. Man schreeuwde door de telefoon dat hij gaat niet bezorgen, ik wilde mn geld terug toen hij heeft de lijn afgebroken. oplichters, hoop ik dat meer mensen gaat dit rapporteren. kan niet 0 ster geven maar dat ene is al veel

Showed up after 1,5, no phone number available and wouldnt take the drinks back. Rude too.

Falsely advertise 1-2 days delivery. I placed an order on Saturday. They won’t answer the phone or respond to emails. Delivery came Wednesday evening after I advised I would be raising a dispute with my credit card company. Delivery was short shipped by two bottles of wine.

Wat een idioot bezorger. Wacht anderhalf uur. Belt ie op dat ik geen grote mond moet hebben en komt niks bezorgen . Asociaal hij komt niks brengen

Terrible customer service. Poor customer experience. Stick to your reputable retailers like Dan Murphy’s to avoid disappointment. I placed an order over a week ago and received no information that my order was on its way. I reached out on several different platforms and had no response. I contacted Couriers Please only to be advised that my order has not been released from Hello drinks. I placed an order with Dan Murphy’s 3 days after my order with Hello Drinks and it has already arrived. I’m actually worried that I have been scammed and have lost the $577 I spent on the Hello Drinks website. My advice… Avoid this company. Nothing but disappointment and headaches. Oh, and don’t expect to be able to contact them and speak with a human. Totally unreliable and unaccountable so far!

Fraudulent company, don't order from them. I have ordered from Amazon with this seller, received 20 bottles instead of 20 boxes. Did complained but no reply.

Terrible service, expensive and blown out delivery. Only when i did the research and pointed out where the parcel was did they act. Then sent me rubbish excuses...easier ways to shop if you look around. Goodbye hello drinks.

So far this shop has had amazing communication, good prices and is fast on shipping. Just did another order and am keen to see how it goes. Big thumbs up let these smaller Aussie owned shops grow. They deserve our backings!

Even though I ordered right before Christmas and New year it was shipped right away, it was easy to order and communication was great, so convenient and saved me going into the busy stores very pleased! Thanks Hello Drinks

Absolutely lovely business to deal with. I received the wrong order but Hello Drinks was quick to fix it up for me. They organised someone to come collect the first order and swiftly shipped out the correct one in time for Christmas. I received nothing but polite, courteous and understanding responses from Hello Drinks. They also made sure to keep me updated each step of the way regarding my orders. Definitely recommend anyone who is reading this to shop at Hello Drinks for your liquor - you won't regret it!
