A big thank you to Spencer and Dwello for making the purchase of our new family home a very positive experience. He was an excellent as a go-between, between us and the seller and was always prompt, thorough, and resourceful as we navigated the purchase process. He was thoughtful and facilitated solutions to potential challenges that appeared in the survey. Spencer acted fairly between buyer and seller. - made the process of listing the property so easy, including excellent advice on what to do with the property.

- were amazing during the viewing process, easy for arrangements with prompt proactive feedback from each viewing

-dealt with the negotiations clearly and gave strong sensible advice to maximise the property's value

-were there for me for the whole process from listing to completion, always happy to help, and no query was too small. Some agents vanish as aoon as a sale is agreed; Dwello were there for me right up to the completion date.

I can't recommend Dwello strongly enough, and they will be my first choice in the future.

Spencer and the Dwello team have been great during our purchase process. As first time buyers with many viewings and dealings with estate agents, Dwello have been a breath of fresh air. Having never heard of Dwello before I was skeptical but from the first meeting with Spencer I was confident he would sell our house and they did just that and he definitely delivered, a quick sale which was seamless throughout, including regular communications and very quick response times.
