I had an excellent experience with Victorstone throughout the purchase of my apartment at Principal Tower. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. The team was highly professional, responsive, and very well connected, making sure I was linked with the right people at every stage.

What stood out the most was how efficient and straightforward they made everything. No unnecessary back and forth, just clear communication and proper execution. They understood exactly what I needed and delivered on it.

Overall, a very smooth and well-managed experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate partner.

If 0 stars was an option I'd rate it this way. I have waited 7 months for the deposit to be returned and still not received it.

Victorstone are uncontactable. Their phone line for their 'accounts' department doesn't work and the accounts@victorstone email address also does not seem to be managed.

We have been moved out of our property for 3 months, still waiting on the return of our deposit and no reply to calls or emails.

Had to start legal proceedings to hopefully get the money owed.

DO NOT USE Victorstone!

They do not answer emails and always say the accounts team are out.
Would not use if I were you.

Do not rent from this estate agency. It has been 4 months without our deposit returned. No communication, no replies to emails or phone calls, and they are always out of office. We have reported our experience to the deposit protection scheme but there has still been no response from Victorstone. Do not trust this company.

Rude; they didn't update the asking price on the website and when we made an offer the agent Hashim got offended we wasted his time and told us he wouldn't have booked a viewing if he knew. When we pointed out the information on the website was wrong, he kept being rude. Just go with another agency.

Victorstone were very responsive and helped me to find a home quite quickly (in less than a month). Anisul was the agent that helped me throughout the process and he was listening to all my needs and accompanying me well throughout the signing process up until the move-in date.

Had a great experience with our housing and moving process. Hashim was always very helpful, organised, and quick to respond any questions or issues we had.

Trisha is super helpful during the whole process of our property looking with very nice and professional communication!

Had an amazing experience with Victorstone, especially Trisha! They met all of our requirements and made the tenancy agreement process really simple and were very helpful throughout!

I’ve been with Victorstone for over 10 years, last year my property was rented out for £2,500 this year they managed to rent the property out for £3,150. They are highly professional, super proactive and keep me up to date with my property. Trisha was extremely good at keeping me up to date with my property, she was kind, professional and bubbly. Exactly what you want from an agent!
