Fully used this service for my recent birthday party, it was very professional and took away all the pressure of keeping track of guests in one place.

Gather is everything we were looking for & more for our wedding!

It’s so easy to set up and edit along the way, to send on to guests and it has every feature you could want and need for your special day.

We loved that you could use the app before paying to activate it, and how stress-free it made the process of planning for us!

We highly recommend this app & will always share this with friends in the future :)

I set up gather but after multiple attempts to log in I was still unable to access my account , luckily my other half had access and I was able to log in on his account . I did reach out to customer service but they were unable to help . It does unfortunately has some glitches to resolve , but it a lovely and easy to set up a modern sophisticated platform without lots of unnecessary paper with easy to amend or reword sections

It has helped us no end! We especially found it helpful for food choices! Highly recommend

Really easy. I liked that you could link a gift fund and it all looked really cute and professional with minimal effort really. Exactly what I was looking for instead of spending hours personalising a wedding website.

I had a great experience using Gather for our wedding. The website is very easy to use and made organising everything feel simple and stress-free. The design is modern and sleek, and we loved that it was fully customisable so we could incorporate our wedding colours.

It was also really helpful that we received notifications whenever our guests RSVP’d, which made it easy to keep track of responses. Another big plus was how easy it was to integrate Prezola for our gifting list, so everything was in one place for our guests.

From a planning perspective, it was straightforward to export the guest information from the app and share it with our suppliers. We also decided to create printed invitations as keepsakes, and Gather provided a QR code that was really easy to add to the invitations so guests could access the page quickly.

Overall, a really smooth experience and a great tool for keeping wedding planning organised - I'm so pleased we chose Gather!

I used Gather to help organise my wedding and cannot recommend it enough! It was super easy to set up, all my guests could RSVP, choose their menus and even gift us a contribution to our honeymoon! I don’t know how I would have planned my wedding without it, it was so helpful to have access to everything clearly in one place!

Excellent platform, really user friendly, removes all the faff around building a website especially if you simply need it to collect RSVPS! Also perfect if you have guests attending different events! The guest experience is equally great! Overall would highly recommend, it's worth it!

We adore this platform. We looked at the cost of printed invites, along with stamps and this seemed like a super amazing alternative! We have not bothered sending any printed invites out at all and all of our guests have loved the gather way of doing things! My friends love that they can go in and out of the link as much as they need to which is particularly useful on the actual day.

I have found using Gather really easy and accessible. It's been an ideal solution to communicate with our wedding guests. We knew we didn't want to waste money on paper invitations and postage. It looks neat and clear, with lots of space for questions and information.

What an incredible piece of software. User friendly with some great features!
1) You don't pay until you are all set up, happy and ready to go ahead
2) You can create separate events. In our case one for the day guests and one for the evening.
3) Food, dietary choices was all super clear.

I did look at several other choices ranging from free to similar priced and pleased we settled on Gather

I absolutely love using Gather to track and send out our RSVPs. The integration with WhatsApp and email means you immediately know when someone has responded and it keeps the excitement up ahead of the big day!

Gather is amazing. I tried several other companies and this was the only one that allowed me to fully utilise and set everything up and test it all out without the restrictions of a trial ending. I only had to pay the one off fee when I was satisfied I was happy and ready to use it for the RSVP.

My biggest stress as a bride was everybody constantly asking me questions and waiting on RSVP! Then I found Gather!!

It has been the most simplest process all my guests know all the information of the day and I also ca keep tabs on who’s coming.

We were looking for a website or platform to use that would allow us to manage 2 events as part of our marriage and Gather has been perfect for that. The functionality to invite guests to the separate events, collate RSVP and food choices, the ability to personalise the page to our style and being able to share accommodation recommendations all in the one place has been perfect. I've also had feedback from guests that this has been one of, if not the most mobile phone friendly wedding website that they've used.
Really impressed by this site and all the functionality options available. Plus, saved us loads on not sending out physical invites; the one off cost is really reasonable.

Gather is amazing! Truly recommend for those planning their special day. I tried other websites but Gather just makes everything so easy to set up, read and edit. My guests so far have found sending their RSVP very easy. The fact that you can export the details and have a spreadsheet of contact numbers, meal choices and details is a dream!

I knew I would be essentially on my own during this wedding planning process because my spouse worked away.
When it came to keeping everything in one place, Gather was really beneficial to me. Ensuring that visitors are aware of any modifications to the menu, parking, etc. We recently had to alter the timing of the transportation home. Updating the website or sending out a direct message to every visitor made this very simple.
Similar to hotel details, our guests are assigned different kinds of accommodations, and the direct messaging feature made sure I could provide the pertinent information to the right guests.
I will be recommending Gather to anyone I know who becomes engaged.
