We had an amazing trip, one for the books! lt was the first time for us staying in Kata and it has become our new favourite place. Kata is a lovely, family friendly place to stay. We stayed at Kata Sea Breeze Resort which was a lovely resort with everything you need and more. 7/11 is right next door for anything else you may need. The booking process was so easy and Remmert was very helpful. Everything ran smoothly and the helpful tips along the way were a great help! l would definitely recommend Hello Island and will most certainly use them to book again.

Our experience of Thailand was absolutely phenomenal. The places that Hello Island booked for us to stay at were all amazing, and so much more luxurious and beautiful than we expected! Their activity and restaurant recommendations that they give you in your digital travel guide were fabulous. We spent 3.5 weeks traveling around Thailand which meant many taxis, shuttles and ferries and yet all of the traveling went so smoothly thanks to Hello Island. I would so recommend them and will definitely be using their services again in the future!

I am so grateful to Hello Island for organizing our fabulous holiday to Thailand. Remmert understood what we were looking for as a family and accommodated all my suggestions to fit around our budget. Everything was well planned and organized

I would give Remmert & the Hello Island team 100000/10. I honestly can't recommend them enough. We travel internationally each year, and already asked if Hello Island do more than just Thailand Holiday packages, because we would like to use them every single year going forward. We have never received service like this from any other travel agency, and we have dealt with plenty. Remment planned everything for us, from the smallest little detail to making our dream holiday become a reality. The transportation arranged was excellent, always on time. Hotels booked were amazing! Hello Island really went above and beyond for us, we would like to thank you so much for everything. Our holiday was exceptional and we will certainly be using Hello Island again. We would have been lost without them and probably not have experienced half of what we did. Every place we arrived we followed the booklet instructions that were so carefully given to us prior to our trip and like magic the taxis appeared, the ferry was there, the hotel concierge pitched up and we were whisked off to the most spectacular hotels with the best service we could ask for! We recently returned from the most unforgettable trip to Thailand, all perfectly organized by Hello Island and Remmert Malan. From the moment we started planning until the day we returned home, everything was smooth, seamless, and incredibly well-managed.

Our journey (from 22 June to 5 July 2025) took us to three breathtaking destinations: Phuket (The Nature Resort), Phi Phi Island (PP Princess Resort), and Ao Nang, Krabi (Panan Krabi Resort). Each accommodation was top-notch—clean, comfortable, and ideally located. Remmert clearly knows how to pick the best!

We were a group of 7, and not once did we experience a single issue. Every transfer, booking, and check-in was handled flawlessly, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the beauty and energy of Thailand without stress.
