I bought this thinking if it didn't work for me, I would get my money back as their marketing states. What they don't tell you is that you have to pay the postage to Australia! I have accepted a 30% discount but wish I'd read the small print - if it actually exists! This product not only didn't work for me, but has given my such bad back pain that I am having to take pain killers daily to try and ease it and have booked a massage. All in all I'm about £100 out of pocket now. I would say the only good thing about it is that you don't slip down. Otherwise I would say avoid it!

good for providing something 'organic' but sadly when something is stored in plastic and one HAS TO BUY A PLASTIC instrument to open that PLASTIC CONTAINER then things aren't looking good for humans or the planet. eg copper overload is the cause of all new age disease including cancer. plastic prevent copper from exiting our bodies - why we have copper overload (most white westerners have copper overload - some experts (paul eck) says all of us should have by the 1990s. i don't even accept plastic for free so having to buy a plastic instrument to open a plastic container is just not on. sadly i thought the product was stored in glass when purchased. i'm now trying to get it out of the container without that plastic 'tool' and put into glass jars ....... let's hope 'health' companies especially, provide a healthy packaging system that saves our planet and our health. i know terre madre in melbourne used to transport all their wholesale goods without plastic wrapping. good on them! until i see with my eyes a company is providing something 'healthy' i don't call them health stores.

I’ve been using their 5htp for a good few years now and have always purchased from Amazon until they seemed to have stopped stocking them so I figured I’d order directly from Hello Pure themselves.

I’ve ordered the Max which is 180 tablets at a single daily serving size of one tablet. This means they will last 6 months.

However on inspection the Shelf life date on these are April 2024 so less than 4 months for tablets that would last me 6.

I checked the current bottle I last purchased from Amazon in March 2023 as I still have some left and the shelf life on that is ALSO April 24 considering I bought that some 11 months ago.

I tried emailing Hello Pure but had an auto response saying my email was being rejected by them. This then meant I had to use the contact page to fill a form in on their website as they have no contact number.

They eventually reached out, acknowledging the shelf life wasn’t acceptable and replaced the item. A few days later the replacement turned up and guess what - the EXACT same shelf life date of less than 4 months!

I had to get in touch again and wait around for a response. They’ve refunded but I need to wait 10 days for this apparently. No acknowledgment of their mistake or the concerns I raised of them sending out products with short shelf life even though I mentioned Trading Standards. They couldn’t care less. Very clearly this is not a mistake and they are shipping out old stock.

I would strongly advise NOT to purchase from them and if you have then CHECK the shelf life of your tablets!

The lack of response from them on here and the fact they have no phone number says it all.

There was a problem with the delivery, which was not Hello Pure's fault, but they were very helpful and the problem was quickly resolved.

As for the product itself, I have used their 5-HTP Max before and are the only ones that seem to work effectively for me.

Great delivery, always comes quick. Great vitamins which make a difference, would recommend!

I have only been using these for 3 weeks but so far I’ve seen a slight improvement in my nails. I shall keep taking them as advised and will review again after 90 days.

This is my first time using HTP-5 PLUS .Its still in the early stages but I was delighted with the fast postage .Very smooth transaction thank you.

I am appalled at this company and lack of service. I placed an order over a month ago for supplements and monies taken immediately but still no product delivered and they are asking me for a review. I have emailed the company politely 3 times now as no cutomer service telephone numbers and no reply whatsoever. I demand my monies back or will take this further

I take turmeric every day and always use hello pure

I find this product is really great for my skin, hair and nails. The tabs are quite large, which may be a problem for some people. I personally don't have trouble swallowing them

I am sceptical about many health and well being products but as a lady in my late 40’s and with sagging skin on my hands, receding hair and fatigue, what is there to loose?

Honestly, after only 3 days of taking the max does (4 is quite a lot) I and my son could see the difference in the skin on my hands and face. Slightly plumper and less wrinkly.
After 2 weeks, the receding bit of my hair stared to grown back and both my hair and nails feel amazing.
People have commented on how well I look and honestly I feel amazing. My concentration, energy levels-everything.
It’s not the changes I see, as these could be the placebo effect, but what others see.
Got my friends onto these miracle tablets also so I would 100 recommend.
I am a genuine middle aged reviewer. I wish I could show you where my hair has grown back!

Great service, always fast delivery which is great for me as tend to replenish my tablets at the last minute when I realise I’m running out! I find all the supplements really help me & highly recommend Hello Pure!
