DO NOT TRUST THEM OR THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE YUNEXPRESS!!!

I wanted to order a few pairs of their slippers and socks but wanted to be sure it was worth it so ordered a pair of cute slippers and was soooo excited to receive the slippers. I checked the tracking and it says they were delivered two days ago but they were NOT. I didn’t receive them and they weren’t stolen or lost either. I was home all day long. They just weren’t friggen delivered yet for some reason checked off as delivered.

According to their policy they take zero accountability for their awful shady delivery service too so DO NOT TRUST THEM. Chances are you won’t even receive your order and according to their policy they won’t even send a new pair.

Very good brand of slippers! I can never do without it again! The proof is that I use one of the pairs I bought! (the Chunky Shark Puff)💖✨️🌌

The slippers I ordered are so adorable! It took them about 3 weeks to arrive (Australia). I ordered a size up from what I would usually get and they fit very snug, I probably could have gone up another size. They're nice and spongey and comfortable. Overall, I really like them. I was happy with the overall experience and I will be buying more from Hello Slippers.

They used an extremely poor quality freight company (Google 'PFL logistics review' to check these jokers out) who didn't ring our doorbell and left the package in an unsecure location where it was promptly stolen.

After contacting them for assistance we were stonewalled by 'Mandy' and told they don't take responsibility for the actions of the couriers and couldn't provide any assistance.

Psst, if you are using an unprofessional shipping service, that's on your company.

We've now had to raise a paypal dispute, definitely a poor experience and can't recommend.

I ordered 5 pairs of slippers on August 8th and received them on August 20th. When I initially placed the order, I had chosen the size of the shoe for my first pair, which was auto-selected for my next pairs after that first one. I didn't realize until after I placed the order that I never chose the size for any of the 4 other pairs. I had to reach out to customer service through email after finding that there is no number to call or option to cancel or edit the order. I sent an email to support at 2PM on the same day and received a response at 7PM that day as well. I let them know the sizes I needed and the order was updated with no issues.

I have two complaints for this company. First is that, when adding the shoes to the cart, there needs to be a requirement to choose the size of the shoe. Second is that there is at least an option to change or edit the order even if it's within a 30 minute time frame after the order is placed.

Awesome customer service/response time, shoes arrived timely, and the quality has been great so far!

I purchased the panda shark slides to use as house slippers. First I'll say they are incredibly comfortable, non slip on hardwood/ceramic tile, and absolutely adorable! Unfortunately, when they arrived there was tear in the shipping envelope and the panda figures on the top had been damaged. I couldn't find replacement panda figures for sale on their site so I reached out to customer service to ask if I could purchase replacements because the slipper was fine so I didn't want to buy a whole new pair (the pandas are removable). They got back to me right away and requested photos of the damage which I sent along. Rather than offering new pandas they instead offered me a 50% refund and I keep the slippers or they will send me a whole new pair free of charge! I chose the replacement pair and recieved tracking info within the hour! I couldn't believe it! I haven't experienced customer service this good in years! I'd happily recommend this company! They make a great product and if anything goes wrong their customer service team has you covered and then some!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size of slippers and emailed their support helpline inquiring if I could have the correct size shipped. They were extremely friendly, responded quickly and got me the size I wanted. Thanks guys!

Bought the Shark slippers as gifts for family, they love them.

I was cautious with this site at first... just like any other ad you see on instagram, but did some research and everything looked good so I ordered the Eulalia green bunny slippers.
The shipment and delivery were quick! Only took 8 business days to arrive. Their communication was great too. Sent a personalized email thanking me for my order and promptly replied to my emails (one just to thank them for reaching out to me, and another asking how to leave a review on their website once the slippers arrived).
Overall quality is good. Nice materials, looks like the photo on the website, very cute and comfortable. Sizing (US 6-7.5) is great for the length and width of my feet, but some room on top so I probably could've gone with 1 size smaller. I see others have also suggested ordering 1 size down, especially if you're inbetween sizes.
The free pair of socks that came with my order are also a nice little gift and cute.
I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future if this level of service and quality remains.

I ordered 3 pairs of slippers, 2 of which were perfectly fine. It was the shark slippers that came that were completely different than what I ordered. I ordered the light to dark gray gradient color way and instead received what looked like the regular black shark slides that were spray painted halfway white. I contacted customer service to get a refund so I could rebuy them. The response was that they didn’t meet the criteria for a refund/return. I said I just want to return them so I can get what I actually ordered and they responded with a 50% off offer for my next pair. I just want what I ordered.

Good deal, it takes very little time for my order to arrive and the flip flops are of very good quality and very comfortable, I would make another order.

I got three pairs of slippers from them and they all were cute and comfy. I got the shark slippers the clogs and fuzzy slippers. I also got a free pair of avocado socks for free. They all fit, I’m a size 9.5-10 so I got the size 9-10. I think next time I will size up on the closed toe slippers just because I like a little more toe room. Shipping took about 3 weeks. When it arrive my slippers were bunched together in a bag with tape, I guess they were out of boxes. When I opened my package there was a strong spell mixed like paint and something chemically but the smell went away in about 10-30 mins. Overall I will buy again.
