Ho acquistato le ciabatte con lo squalo Pro al mio ragazzo, che le desiderava da tempo, per Natale e devo dire che siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti!
Il prodotto è ottimo, ottimo materiale e si presenta proprio come nella foto. Bellissima la cosa che puoi personalizzarle!
Il mio ragazzo ha un 41/42 taglia Italiana e la taglia 40/41 è perfetta, vestono abbondanti.
Tempi di spedizione ottimi (contando che l’ordine arriva dal lato opposto del mondo) ed ottimo imballaggio!
Sono molto soddisfatta!

Ho acquistato le Pro invernali che però indossandole mi procurano dolore ai piedi.
Se avete la fortuna che il prodotto che vi arriva vi sia comodo oppure di aver azzeccato la taglia corretta nessun problema, ma nel malaugurato caso ciò non accadesse dovrete rispedirgli il pacco in Cina con spese di spedizione che si aggirano in torno ai 50/60€

Excellent choice for my feet!! The slippers kind of 'envelop' your feet so that they feel like a 'natural' extension of them...😃 Great comfort and wearability! And, the lights on mine actually works great. 🙂

The friendliness from the staff. Is really good. They were hyped that I was getting slippers from them. Hope they having a good day. May have to order my mom a pair of slippers because she's always freezing for some reason.

Ordered on 11.23.23 and as of this moment, 28 days later, still haven't received anything. Customer service says 11 to 14 days. They ship out of China but don't disclose this in any of the tracking information... simply saying awaiting pick up in Jamaica Bay, NY, giving you the impression it's shipping from the the US. It may be a great product but the unclear and slow shipping make it impossible for me to know. If you order allow months for delivery. If you can't wait, don't order.

Update: they will not refund until the order hasn't been delivered for 3 months. Do NOT do business with them.

Genuinely disappointed. After pacing an order I got the tracking number and realised from the tracking number that it’s a drop shipping company using Chinese suppliers. Having then searched keywords on Aliexpress I found the same products for a fraction of the price. At least have the decency to not charge $9 for shipping you absolute trolls.

Needless to say order was placed 10 days ago and it still hasn’t left China.

These slippers are on another level. I bought the winter shark pros with angler fish light up accessories. They are super cosy, the lights are so bright I can walk around the house in the dark, and it’s glow in the dark when the lights are off. So much fun! And excellent customer service.

The product is awesome, comfy and funny.
Seems like you’re jumpin on the clouds.
And the possibility to entirely customize each slipper is a game changer. Wonderful job, guys!

It took less time to receive what I purchased as the delivery was done by Amazon and they delivered 3 days prior on a Sunday!
My nephew was so happy with his new slippers and they fitted exactly the size he required

I ordered one pair of the ooze slippers. They have a fun look and advertise as comfortable shoes for workout recovery. They did not disappoint, very comfortable and they make my kids laugh. The company was friendly and reached out to thank me for my purchase. I would buy from them again.

Before ordering my first pair of Sharkicks Pro I asked them many questions to make sure I would not take the wrong size (my foot measures 24.7 cm; according to their table I fell into the number "38-39_fits 39-40, 25.5 cm" ). They arrived quickly after about 10 days, but the size turned out to be completely wrong (huge!!! 27 cm!!!), furthermore it doesn't seem like they have an anatomical footbed and they are made of heavy rubber which makes the foot sweat a lot. I had to open a complain on Paypal to be entitled to a return at my expense + refund (they even wrote the return address
in Chinese characters and the helpful Paypal staff kindly translated it for me), because otherwise they will offer you to buy a new pair of the right size at 50%. Before opening a complaint they also gave me a return address different from the one given to me on Paypal, promising to send me the right size pair for free once they received the wrong one. Then, who knows why, once the dispute procedure was opened they no longer responded to me, ignoring my requests to translate the address given to me in Chinese and to explain why it was different from the other one. Watch out!

Shipment arrived as expected. Lots of communication

The slippers here are certainly cute and fluffy, and they were eventually delivered to my home in Northern Virginia, but it took 45 days and several frustrating emails.

The first shipment got stuck in Queens after it arrived in the U.S. from China. The company did take the time to correspond with me when I contacted them, but their answers were dismissive at first. For example, they kept saying the package was out for delivery and I should be patient, but it never arrived.

When I had placed the order, the website had said my package would arrive within a few weeks, but when it didn't arrive I was told that their fine print gives them 45 days. At first, they told me they wouldn't consider what to do next until a full 45 days had passed and a handful of other conditions were met. I made a big fuss, and they did finally send a new package that arrived late in the evening on the 45th day after the initial order.

This site is a scam, stay away from it. I placed an order and it was never delivered. Tracking said it was out for delivery then eventually a failed attempt on a national holiday when daily mail didn’t even come. Next day it says that the package was now missing, I contacted customer service and got told the order/tracking number was wrong and couldn’t be looked up in system and then they said it might be lost in transit unfortunately.That it happens rarely and i’ll only receive a full refund if my order is confirmed to be lost in transit. I could care less about the refund at this point I bought slides from Draco(100x better) and they already delivered. Highly doubt I’ll ever get full refund one clearly they must need the money more than I do. SAD COMPANY

I purchased a pair of slippers for a friend.
Slippers are nice even if, in my opinion, definitely overpriced for the quality, in fact the details aren't accurate at all.
Anyways, I had a bad experience because the slippers fit waaaay bigger than they should and the seller accepted to change them only if I proceed shipping them to China, whitch would cost me almost the price I paid for them.. otherwise offered to give me a 50% discount to purchase the same pair of slippers one number smaller but in this case I would also need to pay for the shipping and it's not convenient at all.

I've made several purchases from Hello Slipper, and always happy with them. The first purchase the site was having an issue with pictures, so they emailed me just to make sure my order was correct. Such great customer service.
