Excellent products and Awesome customer service! They answer every email and if there's a problem they'll solve it. This company has earned loyal customer forever.

The slides overall are awesome I love the design and the different attachments you can get for them. The only complaint I had which is very small is when you first put them on they're a little tight on the top of foot but once you wear a day or 2 they stretch out and they comfortable and well worth it. Would highly recommend to anybody wanting to buy.

I was sure I ordered womens size and apparently i hit the wrong button and ordered kids size so be very careful when ordering. Also, they do not offer free returns and offered me a 50% discount on a new pair since it would be cheaper than paying to ship it back which would make me more in the hole $$ wise. Would not recommend.

Excellent product, my wife loved them!

The products (3 pairs of slippers) are amazing and high quality. But I gave 4 stars because of the shipping... for the price of the product I would have thought it would be faster than actually was. Almost one month to arrive is quite excessive.
In despite of that, i would highly recommend HelloSlippers.

I am so pleased with everything.
Kinda wish I had ordered one size bigger for the shark blanket.
I got so many laughs and compliments at work.
Also, the slippers are the most comfortable thing I’ve ever put in my feet.

Placed an order before Thanksgiving that I am yet to see. Support was absolutely no help at all. Do not waste your time nor money on hello slippers.

Don't order from them. I bought two pairs of slipper for the same person (EU 40) - 1st pair fit (EU 40-41) but 2nd pair was too small even though the description said it was a bigger size (EU 41-42). Have spent a week emailing back and forth with their customer service but they won't replace the slippers and will only refund if I pay to ship them back to China, which is half my refund anyway.

Bought an orca onesie and slippers for my niece for Christmas fast delivery good quality her review was ‘this is the best onesie I have ever purchased and if I had to choose between my family and it, I’d choose the onesie. 10/10 comfort 10/10 snazziness 10/10 overall’

Dico la verità la consegna ha ritardato ed essendo un regalo di Natale ho dovuto darlo in ritardo. Tuttavia le ciabatte comprate sono veramente belle! Ottima qualità. Forse il prezzo un po’ alto ma davvero belle!

Ich hatte anfangs etwas Angst das die Seite ein Scam sein könnte, aber alles lief perfekt. Ich hab ein paar Sharkkicks, eine Hai Decke und ein paar Schuhe für meine kleine Schwester bestellt. Alles kam relativ zügig, gut verpackt und in perfekter Qualität bei mir an. Ich liebe meine Hai Hausschuhe und trage sie seitdem täglich, die Decke ist gut verarbeitet und warm und meine Schwester hat sich sehr über ihr Geschenk gefreut. Ich werde sicher wieder bestellen.

Le sharkick pro sono bellissime e i loro inserti magnifici, l’idea di poter cambiare i pezzi è geniale e sono fatti anche in modo tale da non scappare via alla prima occasione ! L’unico tasto dolente è la spedizione molto lunga considerando che le ho acquistate il 20 dicembre e sono arrivate il 9 gennaio e il mio kit pirata non è composto da bende ma solo da occhi arrabbiati e per questo ci sono rimasto un poco male…comprerò sicuramente altro da loro

DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from them. No returns or exchanges, customer service is useless. My shoe had a mark on it and they won't refund or exchange. Bad service and products are poor quality.

Item claims to ship out in 7-14 days and I ordered A MONTH before Christmas. Needless to say, it arrived AFTER Christmas. The item claims to ship from within the states but it actually comes from China - this information isn't disclosed to you in your tracking information. You can find shoes just like this on other sites for a fraction of the price with way faster shipping. Do not buy from them if you're expecting it to arrive in a timely manner.
