Great communication, expert information, very patient

Avoid SUPER!
My experience has been extremely disappointing. Every time I submitted a ticket, it took weeks for anyone to respond. For carpet cleaning, they sent a restoration company that charged extra and left my home in a mess—carpets were soaked, and hardwood floors got wet.
I requested furnace maintenance, but no one showed up for over a month. For my dishwasher, the company canceled twice, citing a broken truck. When they finally arrived, they blamed me for the issue and left without fixing anything.
Next, I placed a ticket for my microwave repair. The company missed the appointment and asked for pictures instead. I sent photos and a video of the problem. My unit was a JennAir worth about $1,250, but Super only offered $280 toward a replacement.
When I raised concerns, they canceled my account and refunded $181—even though my plan had renewed in September for $1,079 and was canceled in December. When I called for clarification, I was transferred through multiple departments, and the call eventually dropped while waiting for the fourth person.

Very disappointing experience with Hello Super.

My HVAC claim was approved on November 25, but the unit has still not been replaced. We have been left without reliable heat during cold weather, with three kids at home.

Customer service provides no clear timeline and no sense of urgency. This has been incredibly stressful and frustrating. I would not trust this company for any critical home systems.
