On time. Not sure what the problem is. The cost to fix the issue was around $900, so I'm going to buy a new washer. That was a lot to pay to fix a used washer. Thank you for coming out!

One of the worst home warranty companies I have had. They leave band-aids on repairs. The same issue has broken 3 times now and every time they come back, it's not done well. I had a large leak and they said they would get back to me in 1-2 days. Per their definition of an emergency "something that leaves the home uninhabitable". They sent a plumber and he write a quote and did no repair and said it takes 1-2 days but that there was no active leak (when I had videos to show it did) and then said the water was fine to use. I used it once and it started leaking again. Super then told me, we will get back to you in a few hours. Unacceptable that I have a home actively leaking and they will get back to me in "hours". Not being able to use your own companies is a hindrance and why this company is not worth paying for. If you need smaller items done, sure. 1-3 business days is fine, but I am appalled at their lack of urgency when I have multiple leaks and receive wrong information from the companies they send. Don't use this company.

I've been with this company for about 4 years now and things have been touch and go. When it comes to small issues like a toilet leak or a replacement of a garbage disposal...it's done with no problem. But I had an issue with my furnace and now my refrigerator. They went back and forth with my furnace for MONTHS! They kept sending different service providers to attempt to fix it instead of declaring it unrepairable. After about 4-5 months they finally did and sent a minimal check. I had to buy a new unit and was required to pay the remainder that the check didn't cover.

Now I'm dealing with a situation with my refrigerator. It went out in June of 2025. A service provider came by and "repaired" it. However, it stopped working again, Nov. 2025 and instead of simply replacing it, they want to take me on this merry-go round again! Here I am again, having to throw out all of my food because I've had to wait for them to address this. They need to stop being cheap and do what they claim. I pray I don't have to go through this situation repeatedly before they do what they need to do, which is help me REPLACE my refrigerator. Stop putting bandaids on bullet wounds.

Paul was friendly and let me know what he was working on while he was doing it and why things needed to be replaced. Quick and easy fix!

Dennis, stabilize the front loader washer, ran a cycle so it ran at high speed. While he waited, he cleaned out the water pump.

Great communication. Great updates before he arrived. Knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Justin was also very fast and was in and out in no time.

Even though the issue couldn’t be fixed cheaply the overall experience was great
