I had a great experience working with Tomo Mortgage. From start to finish, their team was incredibly responsive and always quick to answer any questions I had. I am extremely impressed with Tomo Mortgage. It’s customer service, automation and ease of application made getting pre-approval easy. I applied online, spoke with an actual loan officer (Peter G), and received a pre-approval letter within hours. As a retiree with assets but no W-2 income, I found that service to be extraordinary. Moreover, their rates for conventional mortgages are spot on the market, and contain no loan origination or other hidden fees. Last, Tomo is extremely responsive in updating/running different scenarios, loan amounts, etc. for different properties I’m looking at. I could not be happier with this level of service

The process is mostly online, easy to follow and the loan advisor, Irena Liu, was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend. Plus, you also get highly competitive rates and a rate match to make sure you're comfortable proceeding.

Couldn’t have been happier. I prefer to be local and have a sit down face to face, but this was a great experience. Peter was kind and super informative. He wasn’t pushy in regards to choosing him over others. Regardless of the scenario and the type of loan, or if the numbers wouldn’t work in my favor, he would show me a side by side comparison so I could see what he meant. I had a great experience with Joseph Lee at Tomo. The rate I got from Tomo is very competitive, and the process to apply is very straight forward. On top of that, Joseph and Kyle clearly explained all the fees and detailed calculations to me in simple and easy to understand terms, and they genrated the pre-approval document in just a few hours as promised. I'm very pleased with the provess although I still have not closed the deal yet. Highly recommend Tomo and will no doubt be using them again in the future.

Donatello was easy to work with. He explained the things I wanted to know, answered questions, and made the process as simple as it can get. Tomo has great options in their mtg loan package. It's great that you can refi when rates drop!
