We had an excellent experience with Kaiwan
We had an excellent experience with Kaiwan as our man-with-a-van driver. He arrived 10 minutes early, which immediately set a great tone for the day. From the outset, he was incredibly efficient and clearly very experienced—his skill in stacking and organising boxes made a huge difference and helped everything run smoothly.
What really stood out was his initiative and willingness to go above and beyond. While we were busy sorting out our self-storage unit, he got stuck in and helped unpack without even being asked, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service. Professional, hardworking, and genuinely helpful throughout—10/10, we would highly recommend!

SAVED THE DAY
We needed a van and 2 men at the last minute to do a house move as the date had been moved and the removal company couldn't do that date. The crew rang the night before to confirm and turned up ontime, worked hard for the 4hrs and had to extend for an extra hour. Excellent service and saved the day for us.

Family of four house move did within 5 hrs on two trips
Absolutely amazing and brilliant service arrived on time, great people with laughs and very polite and friendly. Very fast with their work did it before our booked amount of time.

This was out 2nd time using hello vans…
This was out 2nd time using hello vans for a home move. Our team this time was Rasul, Qasem and Ani. They worked hard and were efficient and accommodating and took great care with the furniture. We had an exceptionally heavy sofa that needed moving down stairs - very difficult to do and they did it well. We also had to extend by 2h on the day itself and they were happy to accommodate this. Very competitive price too

A Waste Of An Afternoon!
I was promised a call back at 4.30pm today for which I purposely waited 90 minutes. Then, when I tried calling them at 6pm, a message stated there was "nobody in the office to take my call"; and also that their voicemail "inbox was full". Then their line automatically disconnected me!
