My 16 year old daughter ordered a purse from Hello Vichy with her hard earned money and the purse never arrived. She has been waiting over 2 months. The phone number listed on the order is out of service. The company does not reply to any emails. You can't reach this company and your money is lost. DO NOT BUY FROM HELLO VICHY!!!

Le sac tressé est en plastique et non pas en cuir végétal! 50 euros pour un sac en plastique qui vient de Chine... aucun intérêt ! On est loin du beau produit italien promis!

Chi vuole acquistare una borsa, Hello Vichy non fa per voi. Settimane fa avevo ordinato una borsa, la Angel Bag per essere precisi e mi è costata cinquanta due euro. Dopo due settimane (che qua non è già giusto perchè nel loro sito le spedizioni per l'Europa sono di nove giorni lavorativi) mi è arrivata una borsa di scarsa qualità e il materiale puzzava. Altra presa in giro è stata che arriva dalla Cina e non dall'Italia. Adesso sto scrivendo questa recensione quando, girando innocentemente su Amazon, ho trovato la borsa a trenta euro! Non fatevi ingannare da questi siti ben fatti e all'apparenza innocui perchè vi fanno pagare di più per una qualità scadente.
PS: piccolo accorgimento, se un sito un ha video promozionali fatti da ALTRE PERSONE fuori dal brand, non comprare!

After researching if this company is legitimate, I found out they're not and they most likely dropship. If you reverse search the images of their bags you can find the same images on Temu and Aliexpress. Furthermore, the models in their images are AI. This company uses the same images and review images as the company Zorula, but they both use AI pictures to advertise their bags. Based on this, they seem incredibly dodgey and indicate that may be dropshipping.

I do not recommend shopping from this company.

Sketchy company, cheap quality. My order was delayed multiple times and then was delivered via DOORDASH. The driver couldnt find the address because I was in class so he left it outside of a public building where it could've gotten taken. But it wouldn't have even mattered if someone stole it bc the bag is so cheap and weird that I never use it anyway. It was shipped from China despite claiming to be an Italian company.

Terrible. I received the bag I ordered (it took a long time but arrived in one piece) and I wanted to return it as the colour looked different in the picture. Their policy online said you can return if you change your mind. After having to chase several times for a return address, I received many frustrating automated emails asking me to say what was wrong with bag. They ended up saying I couldn’t return an item unless it was damaged. After I screenshot their own policy they said they would arrange a refund, which still hasn’t arrived to this day.
Don’t be lured by ads, this is a very bad company!!
