I've purchased several bags from other brands, but none have been as well-made as this one. The leather is luxurious, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. I'll definitely be buying more.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Their support service is unhelpful and unresponsive. To make matters worse, they refuse to issue refunds even if you are dissatisfied with the product or no longer want it.
This lack of flexibility and consideration for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against purchasing from them. This was my first and last experience with this company.
It’s been several months, and I am still waiting for a tracking number for my order. The company does not respond to messages and provides no updates on the status of the order.

The craftsmanship on this bag is incredible. The leather is soft but sturdy, and the design is both elegant and functional. I've already recommended it to several friends.

Ich habe genau hier vorher nachgesehen und dann bestellt weil ich von der positive Bewertung überzeugt wurde.
Leider habe ich bei Ankunft bemerkt, dass es sich bei den Taschen um billige China Ware handelt die den Preis nicht annähernd gerechtfertigt!!!
Ich wollte daraufhin von meinem Kauf zurücktreten was laut gesetzt im Onlinegeschäft 14 Tage möglich ist. Doch Hello Vichy hält sich nicht an die gesetzlichen Vorgaben und lässt mich meine Taschen nicht retournieren! Sie antworten nicht auf meinen Rücktritt und senden mir auch keine Adresse für die Retoure!
Ich bin schockiert von so einem Verhalten und das so etwas in Europa Geschäfte machen darf.
Ich werde das an meinen Anwalt weiter geben und bin gespannt ob ich am Ende auf der überteuerten China Ware sitzen bleibe und diese Verbrecher mit dieser unverschämten Masche durchkommen!
Ich hoffe ich kann in der Zukunft ein paar potenzielle Kunden davor abhalten dort zu bestellen. Am besten lieber direkt bei einem China Shop bestellen. Da bekommt man die Ware dann wenigstens zu einem angemessenen Preis!

I purchased a bag and it was not the quality I expected. No pocket inside, cheap material, strap was slipping off my arm. I tried to return it and customer service said it was only possible to return if it was damaged (it is stated differently on their web site). Then, customer service just stopped responding.

I bought a mini bag, and I didn’t like its quality. I tried to return it, but they told me it wasn’t possible.
They only accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
The item received has an original defect.
The size received does not match the one you ordered
The color received is different from the one you chose.

I believe I have the right to return a product if I don’t like it. This has never happened to me before. I understand that I might need to pay for return shipping, but I don’t think I should have to keep something I don’t like. I tried to return it the same day I received it. The quality is terrible; it feels like plastic.

The customers service at Hello Vichy is just as impressive as the bags themselves. They were so helpful when I had questions, and my bag arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. I'll definitely be a repeat customers.

I ordered the Bogota Bag, and it's now my favorite accessory. The design is so classic, and the leather is soft but sturdy. It's the perfect size for everyday us , and I can't imagine using any other bag.

I ordered a bag which was okay but much smaller than shown in the pictures. I requested a return but they just don't accepted it without naming any reason. And also i thought since it is called "Hello Vichy Milano" that it is an european company but the package came from china and the bag also had a weird smell when it arrived. So i paid above 50€ for some cheap material from china.

I bought it because I like the design and on the website says it’s Milano product but I feel scammed. It shipped from China, I asked the customer support why they shipped from China but I don’t get the response until now. I live in Japan and it shipped from China but it took so long to be delivered. They said “Milanese” maybe because of the owner is just from Milano but the product is actually made in China. It came like it’s from Temu/shein very cheap, only wrapped by plastic. Quality wise.. . Better save your money and buy it from SHEIN there’s very similar one and the price is 10 times cheaper. Better save your money. Disappointing

Quando ho ordinato da questo sito ero convinta di aver ordinato una borsa di pelle vegana prodotta in Italia. Una volta completato l'ordine ho scoperto che la borsa era stata spedita dalla Cina ed ho creduto di essere stata ingannata. Nel sito e nella pagina Instagram non era menzionato, e non credo si giusto mentire i clienti sulla provenienza del prodotto, anzi credo sia un reato.
La borsa è comunque arrivata nei tempi di consegna previsti, mi aspettavo di peggio considerando la provenienza ma ovviamente non vale le £60 che ho pagato, borse come questa possono essere acquistate per £20/30 nel fast fashion. Spero solo che resista e non si rovini subito, in ogni caso questo brand non prevede il rimborso quindi non consiglio di ordinare perchè se non siete soddisfatte non riavrete indietro i vostri soldi ma solo crediti da spendere nello stesso sito.

Ho ordinato una borsa quasi un mese fa e ogni volta che tracciavo il pacco c'era scritto che il corriere aveva tentato la consegna senza mai riuscirci. Quando in realtà non è mai avvenuto nessun tentativo di consegna ma semplicemente dopo innumerevoli e-mail sono arrivata a conoscenza del fatto che non era mai stato riportato il numero civico e di conseguenza la spedizione non poteva avvenire! Sono fiduciosa nell'arrivo di questa fatidica borsa.. ma la vedo molto dura!

Shipping was quick and the tracking made everything easier to monitor. The bag is honestly a bargain for the discount price that is currently on the website. It's well made, doesn't have a strong smell, a lot of pockets inside as well. Very practical for work and also stylish!

Poco seguimiento y tardo mucho en llegar 3 semanas aprox .
Ya que llego el producto, me encantó y la voy a disfrutar mucho.

Ho ordinato una borsa un mese e mezzo fa e non è ancora arrivata, nonostante le mie continue email al servizio clienti, il quale mi diceva di aspettare 3/5 giorni (stessa email ripetuta nell'arco di 20 giorni). Credo a questo punto che il pacco non arriverà mai.

Ich did not expect much and I was really surprised about the excellent quality of the Bogota Bag. Really good material and there are so many interior pockets, some with zipper. So happy that I have ordered it. It will be my autumn/winter favourite bag. I can highly recommend it.

Habe die Taschen bekommen und war überhaupt nicht zufrieden mit der Qualität. Versuche seit einer Woche den Support über die Mail und auch über Instagram zu erreichen aber bekomme keine Antwort.

I ordered 2 bags from this website and the quality is very very bad. when I wanted to return them, they do nothing to send a courier, they told me to give them the card number, without the order number or anything useful.... PLEASE DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! EVERYTHING IS A SCAM!
