This is NOT a UK company
This is NOT a UK company, products are from China. My coat was at least 3 sizes too small after using their size chart. They will NOT give a refund and they want to give you 30% discount and YOU have to pay to send back to China. I’m going to expose this Company I’m sick of being scammed.

Rubbish nylon quality no sign of wool
Rubbish nylon quality no sign of wool, don’t waste your money.
Emailed about a refund and no reply. But have since replied but only wanted to give 30% of my money back but what they sent had no trace of Wool.
Total rubbish China website avoid at all cost, they don’t give two hoots. Tried to put me off by saying well you’ll need to pay and send it back to China.
THIS HAS THE TRAITES OF A SCAM WEBSITE … DO NOT USE!!!
