I don’t say this lightly, but I’ve been genuinely blown away by Helpbox UK so far. Every person I’ve spoken to has been thoroughly professional, and it wouldn’t be fair not to mention Jacob, Molly, and Coral in particular.
Having been in business myself for over a decade, I know how rare it is to come across a company that truly values what they do and genuinely cares about their customers. It’s incredibly refreshing.
I would highly recommend Helpbox UK to any business owner struggling to find an accounting firm that delivers a consistently great service!

Sivu was absolutely wonderful! Not only punctuality to the introductory meeting, but also kept it within the specified time frame, ending on the exact minute.

Despite having many requests from myself, Sivu has managed to answer and aid with each one in a timely manner, simplifying the requirements and actions throughout the process.

Coral was really personable and didn't use any complicated jargon.
As a new business it's made understanding the process a lot easier.
There were a couple of things that she had to look into, which she did promptly.

Help box UK is incredible. In my opinion they are incredibly helpful. They listen well they hope you’re out the best they can with majority of your enquiries of course if it’s in there ability to do so and everyone I’ve talked to in the company incredibly polite helpful and lovely.

After an initial chat with Harvey, I’ve just had my onboarding call with Sivu and it genuinely exceeded expectations. She explained everything clearly — from the handover process to how HelpBox will get my accounts prepared before the end‑of‑May deadline. She even arranged a call with one of the accountants next week to go through my questions, plus a follow‑up. A brilliant start to working together and I’m feeling very positive about the switch.

Being new to everything I needed help from day 1. I found Helpbox and decided to give it a go. Molly and Ryan were great from the start! Having the ability to take their time and explain everything in simple terms so that someone new to managing this kind of thing could understand it. I'm only just getting started with Helpbox but I can say with confidence that I think it is going to be a great decision.

Very friendly, personable and professional. Took the stress out of becoming a sole trader with absolutely no financial knowledge. I expressed an interest with them at late on a Tuesday night and they got back to me 7:30am the next morning, answered a lot of my questions and also had me ready to be onboarded for the following week!

There is a complete lack of service and understanding of my accounting needs. I have asked for a manager to contact me to discuss my issues and I am yet to recieve any correspondence from you.

Lewis was very helpful in explaining how TIS works and gave good advice for our current problem. Very friendly and was happy to help me.
