I have still not gotten serviced for the reason I called. I’m still without hot water and heat when it’s winter, so I’m inconvenienced and not pleased with how an ‘urgent’ request is not as important to you guys.

He helped trying to find a solution and when that required to send another engineer to manually fix the boiler, he prioritised the call. Problem was solved the same night. Thanks for your prompt action.

The gentleman was great on the phone, he asked detailed questions about the problem then arranged an engineer for the next day. I think it is a good idea to provide as detailed information as possible so that they can better prepare for it.

Robert was most helpful and patient especially as I managed to disconnect the call twice.
He talked me through how to disconnect the lights but leave power to my TVs etc and messaged me later to check all was ok
