Never received the hat, sent three emails to Hemlock, never got a response.
Almost $106 down the drain.

Buyer beware. Website states available by date that is far off from the expected date they send after ordering. I tried reaching out to upgrade shipping, but nobody will respond to my emails (sounds common after reading other reviews). I texted the number that sent order confirmation, but they stated that they won't cancel orders (even though mine hasn't been processed or shipped). They keep referring me to the email address that nobody responds to. I wouldn't have ordered from here if I had known the date they promise on their site was bogus. Now my gift purchase will not be here when needed.
