My sister arranged a flower crown making workshop as part of my hen do.
Although we had a fantastic time it wasn’t really thanks to the facilitator.

When I first got there he introduced himself and said this was the first time he had led this workshop.
He basically said there is a print out of instructions to follow and left us to it.
For the remainder of the time he was there her sat in the corner on his phone, after a while he got up and said he needed the room back for a certain time and to put everything back in the box when we were done.

Although we all managed to make a crown it really wasn’t worth the money paid and you can’t call it a workshop.

We paid around £40 each for a session that is advertised to be for complete beginners run by an experienced teacher and be taught how to create flower crowns.
Instead we had a vague instruction printed and put on the table and some shein/temu packs of artificial flowers scattered around the tables and got told to follow the printed instructions while the "teacher" sat in the corner with no engagement with our group at all.
He then left and said the room was available for another couple of hours and he needed everything back in the boxes by then.

Very disappointed with the flower crown workshop we attended last week in York for my daughter’s hen do. For the price we paid we expected a professional tutor as advertised, but what we actually got was the materials and a printed A4 sheet. The guy admitted it was his first time doing it and basically sat on a stool in the corner and left us to get on with it. We did make our own fun but it can’t be denied that this was a bit of a rip off.

Booked a Flower Crown making workshop in York for my sister’s hen party.

The facilitator was friendly enough but told us he’d never delivered this workshop before and he didn’t know what he was doing. He left some instructions on the table and left us to it, sitting in the corner on his phone. At the end of his time, he needed to get to another room for a different workshop so told us to tidy up the table.

We made the best of the situation and all created our crowns without any instruction however, the advert was misleading and the price extortionate for what we could have easily organised and resourced ourselves. No artistic expertise was shared and the facilitator definitely didn’t come across as a professional tutor, like stated in the advert.

What is even more disappointing is the response I got from the company when I raised my concern about the quality of the workshop. They essentially called me a liar and stated that it didn’t happen in the way I described.

17 of us were in that room, so I can ask them all to leave their review of what happened too.

I recently had the opportunity to experience a hen party package provided by the Company, which included life drawing classes. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

The package was advertised as a hen party package with a tease, for which we paid extra. The tease aspect did not happen, just as well as gentleman provided for our event was not only significantly older, to the point where he could have been mistaken for our father, but he also did not fit the description of a stripper that we were expecting. This was quite disappointing, especially considering that we had paid extra for this specific element of the package.

To make matters worse, the gentleman shared a sad story about his terrible motorcycle accident during the event. He explained how he had been on a wheelchair for two years and was now mildly paralyzed. While we empathise with his story and admire his resilience, it was not what we had signed up for during our hen party weekend. We were looking for a fun and lighthearted experience, not a somber and emotional one.

Additionally, I would like to mention that the venue provided by Company was quite grabby and outdated. This made us feel uncomfortable and took away from the overall experience. It is important for companies to ensure that their chosen venues create a safe and respectful environment for their customers.

In conclusion, the hen party package provided did not meet our expectations. The age and appearance of gentlemen, extra charge for the elements not provided lack of the promised services and sharing a sad personal story, made for a disappointing experience. Furthermore, the grabby atmosphere at the venue added to our discomfort.

I hope that Company takes this feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to deliver on their advertised promises in the future. It is important for them to provide the expected experience and ensure that their venues promote a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for their customers.

What a fantastic night!!!! Chris & Matt were our buff bar crawl guys for the evening and we all had such a great time! Everything was organised so well and the night ran so smoothly ensuring we had maximum fun. Matt and Chris made sure we were all looked after and having fun at all times. We didn’t stop laughing all night with the games, shocking secrets, dancing on the bar, karaoke and other antics lol. The guys were great fun and genuinely lovely!! Would highly recommend them. Kam was absolutely amazing literally just had a life drawing class with him now and his poses and humour was brilliant! Thank you Kam you are amazing! Xxxx

We booked Nude Life Drawing for our hen and it was the best start to our hen plans!
From the off, we were given many different styles of drawing to try with different poses and just had such a laugh - our hen loved it and Kam was just brilliant (what a physique!!)
Thank you so much again - a memory we will never forget :D

We booked our hen do through Chillsauce. The system was easy to use. We chose the nude Life Drawing ( only the model, not the participants!). It was quite a eye opener. Azhm was a great model and quickly put us at our ease. Haven't laughed so much in ages. The hen had a great time and we have some interesting drawings and photographs! Much more interactive than expected - not for the shy or easily embarrassed! Fun but very professionally done.

Had Brilliant Experience - Life drawing

We had AZHM as our model and he was fantastic, hilarious and professional. The class was so much fun and We learned some new drawings techniques from Amy. we haven't laughed this hard in a long time, such a fun party! I would highly recommend this for your hen party.

Paid in advance for Beer maids to take a group of lads on a stag do in an unfamiliar area to ensure the group was kept together and weren’t refused entry. Was let down with less than an hour before the booking, then was told two different times the girls would come. They didn’t. Calls were repeatedly ignored causing a lot of frustration. When we did get given a list of venues and they were eventually located, the group was refused entry. After calling the company twice since the day, we have still not had a refund almost a week later, even though a manager is apparently dealing with it. Should also point out that I’m quite convinced that my last call was recorded without my consent or being advised that it was due to the woman’s tone completely changing. I expected a much better service after seeing reviews on here so am extremely disappointed that I now have to go down the route of trading standards and leaving a negative review rather than just getting the lads money back promptly.

We organised a surprise hen party activity - male nude life drawing - through Funktion Events. Our tutor and model were Kam and Azhm. They were both fantastic. Kam led us through fun drawing activities whilst giving us helpful guidance. Azhm was a great model who could hold an array of still positions for an amazing amount of time! We had a lot of fun & laughs, but also learnt all about life drawing and left with new-found appreciation of the subject. The venue location was convenient - a short walk from Kings Cross station in a good sized room above a pub.

It’s a Great Company with an amazing team working behind it.

Would recommend to any one trying to have the best Hen/Stag party.

Really good night always made sure that we was having a good time and drinks where in our hand would highly recommend using them would defiantly do it again.

Excellent value. Just what we needed for the first night of the stag to get everyone to mix up a bit and get to know each other. Plus in Manchester they can get all of a big group of lads into the same bar at once which isn't a given!

Had an absolute blast at Cardiff everything n everyone was spot on. The stag really had a great time. He’s still paying the price now tho lol x

After a heavy first day/night the mood was a little low going into the second night but the girls got us going again and kept a drink in our hand all night. Would highly recommend using them.
