Thank you for the assistance in organising an event in such challenging times with so many boundaries in place. Enjoyed by everyone.

Absolute disgrace.
Booked hen party through these cowboys.
Travelling from Glasgow to Newcastle.
Offered overnight in hotel, boat trip, nightclub.
In light of Coronavirus..
Trying to support NHS.
Government advise against nonessential travel.
Some of us have risk factors for poor outcomes if infected.
Hotel happy to refund in terms of health and safety ( not to mention economic impact if any of us have to self isolate while there).
Nightclub closed, boat trip cancelled.
Refusing refund.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
Not only financially morally abhorrent, but willing to risk our individual, collective and community health for profit!

Still trying to get us to go on hens do to closed boat party and closed nightclub really this is not safe!!

...think twice about using this company, unless you want to be abused and shouted at, to be called a liar and a thief! To pay for mistakes that they make! And then to be accused of conspiring to try and defraud them when they’ve discovered THEIR mistake. I could go on but I think you get the idea.

Despite the lack of professionalism and customer service skills of this company (Keith and Angela) we had an absolute ball in Newcastle. Everyone we met where mint!

What a shame!
We booked through this company as it seemed to take a lot of the stress of organising away, however the reality was we were left with our bride and her MOH in tears due to the disgusting way they were spoken to by the staff from Stag and Hen Newcastle. They were called liars and thieves and two weeks before we were due to leave we were forced to pay this company additional funds or risk loosing our booking.

It really was a shame as what we had booked was great. The apartments were spacious and clean and close to where we needed to be.
The first evening we were booked into a fantastic quirky bar with a lovely atmosphere.
The second evening we were booked into the strippers which wasn’t really our cup of tea but I’m sure others would love it.

All in all while we enjoyed our weekend we were left with a terrible tastes in our mouths from the shoddy customer service received.

We all wish we would have booked separately ourselves and saved all the upset this company caused.

Let me start of by saying our party loved Newcastle and the apartments were really good!

Now; Stag and Hen Newcastle, I would avoid at all costs, the hassle isn’t worth it and to be honest you can get the same experience for the same price if you booked yourself. I would avoid Dreamboys, it feels seedy and the best bit about the show was the drag artist, she was fabulous!

Due to an admin error on S&H part our whole party received a £50 discount, this was applied by the company, I was never made aware, as the lead booker I was entitled to the discount, 10 days before we were due to go, Keith rang me screaming and ranting at me telling me I’d attempted to steal £550 of them, then slammed the phone down and demanded I corrected their error!

Obviously this was very upsetting and and stressful and to top it off the two people I spoke to insisted on calling me a liar, they stated they had recorded our phone calls (without prior notification or permission) and that they were repoing me to the financial ombudsman (how they can report me I’m still unsure) as they had saw my private eMails as ‘eventmo’ the third party they use had been able to access them, and they have seen that I had collaborated with our party to defraud them out of £550 total lie! I’m not confident that my private information is safe as I had been sent another hen party’s information on one occasion.

The customer service is appalling, they accuse you of all kinds and tell blatant lies, they send ranting incoherent emails witch I’m assuming you will get to see in the response to this review as there has been to others!

Save yourself the hassle and use someone else or do it yourself, it’s really not with the bother!!

Reading the company responses to earlier reviews, this review is going to be disputed so I do not expect they’ll change their ways so be warned!

Demanding more money after the whole group had paid, threatening that they had hacked into WhatsApp (maybe your calling is working for the FBI!?), offering a full refund and later declining to do so - all ridiculous antics of a poorly managed company.

Avoid avoid avoid.... what can I say about the farce of a company. My sister arranged my hen through this company so all the girls could pay separately through their own log in. A guy who worked there called Keith had apparently applied a discount incorrectly that we were not aware of a year before the event. 2 weeks before we were due to go he rang my sister and swearing and carrying on woeful. Demanding £550 be paid that day as we had apparently applied the discount our selves by hacking his system some how. The manager Angela is no better, what a strange woman. At first she was reasonable and said that our options where to pay the £550 or cancel the booking for a refund. Bear in mind this is 2 weeks before so I asked to think about it. I called back a few hours later and asked for the refund she offered to be told ‘no’ pay the money by the end of the week or lose your booking. For the next couple of days she was coming out with all kinds of accusations even saying that she has been able to hack my sisters whatsapp and has seen what she’s been saying. Odd. Anyway we had to pay the £550 and the dealings with her were painful. Lots of promises that we had to chase up constantly, she never calls back and when she does she says the strangest things. Save yourselves the hassle and book direct with the venues!! No doubt they will reply to this review calling me a liar but that’s up to them!

After looking for some time and trying to work out the best way to book our stag for 14 guests we decided to go with Stag and Hen Newcastle.

Prior to booking I was in touch with Keith frequently who talked me through the whole booking process, gave us different booking and package options and heavily catered to our needs.

The whole booking and payment process ran incredibly smooth with little effort required from myself and and guests able to set up a monthly direct debit with ease from their invitation.

Whilst in Newcastle we had no issues what so ever with any of our activities and had some suggestions of additional places to go from Keith.

Overall I would thoroughly recommend, friendly and helpful staff made the whole process nice and easy for everyone involved with added gesture of the stags place paid for.

We booked a hen do package with this company a few months ago and just came back from our weekend in Newcastle. Keith has arranged everything and has been amazing throughout! We booked the Adonis cabaret which was the highlight of the weekend! The apartments he arranged were also brilliant!! We all had an amazing weekend, would definitely recommend using this company! Thank you so much Keith!! :)

Recently booked a Stag in Newcastle using these guys and everything was great. As Best Man, Keith made my job very easy by outlining everything that was included and was always on hand for emails & calls. Would definitely recommend booking with these guys.

I recently booked my Stag do through stag and hen Newcastle. Keith the rep for the company was excellent thoughout. Any questions amendments Keith was always on call. I had an absolutely amazing time and would recommend stag and hen to everyone. 5 star service all the way.

Keith and the guys made everything very easy to set up and always very fast to respond to any questions . Highly recommended!

I would definitely recommend stag and hen to all my friends and family Keith planned everything perfect for my 40th birthday I would definitely use them again for the future Keith is very good at his job and always very helpful thanks again from Bridget x

I dealt with Keith throughout the planning, not only was he on hand for last minute add ons but he also went over and above to request directly to the hotel for the rooms we wanted! He was always in touch to make sure I as the lead booker knew what was happening at each part. We attended the boat cruise the Friday night! That was amazing! We went to Never give up and done the Egyptian crystal maze (amazing again) and finished the Sat with the Dream boys! All this was selected by us but there was loads to choose from such a variety of activities for a fun filled weekend. Would highly recommend this company as nothing is to much hassle for them! Well done guys we have had a brill weekend and hopefully deal with stag and hen newcastle again in the near future.

I dealt with Keith. He was so helpful and responded to all my emails and questions super fast. We stayed in The Brighton which was absolutely perfect. We didn’t walk anywhere as it wasn’t heel friendly but taxis were only around£4. Peter in The Brighton looked after us so well. He was so helpful and made us feel very welcome. We did the cocktail making class which I would highly recommend, followed by the bar crawl. We finished in Tiger Tiger. We also booked the recommended taco to pick us up and collect us from the airport. I would definitely recommend all of the above. Keith took the stress right out of organising a hen!

Great people very friendly, accommodation probably not what I would normally go for but okay for price !
