We had a great experience with Henry Dannell. Lauren was our appointed mortgage advisor and she helped us through the process seamlessly, offered lots of advice and was very flexible around our busy schedules. Lauren checked in with us frequently and kept us updated as the process went on.
We also had calls with Stephen who explained protection policies and again, was very communicative and clear on everything.

Their Mortgage advisor, Lauren Kelly has a great understanding of the market and tailored my particular needs in a balanced way, so I could make an informed decision and feel secure that this was the correct approach.

Beyond that, we also needed to move quickly to seal the deal and she was able to secure me a locked in mortgage offer within 72 hours of being introduced! .. Without her relationship skills and contacts, I’m not sure this would have been possible, if I had gone elsewhere!
