Excellent experience from Henry Dannell during our recent mortgage application. Special thanks to Ellis and Jamie who were very supportive and helpful through the process, we would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Stephen and his team are fast, thorough, professional, and incredibly helpful. The whole process was very smooth, and they reminded us to lock down the offer when we can - a few weeks before the Iran war started, so we got a very good deal just at the right moment!

I highly recommend working with them, and will personally do so again.

I had a complex vendor loan, connected sale, brand new SPV Ltd Company deal for 850K building at 75% LTV but the 25% remaining via vendor loan.

I arranged an appointment with Henry Darnell. Immediately, they understood the proposal and prepared a deck to go to market. Process was easy and they battled for the deal from the start.

They found me a deal, at a surprisingly great APR for a commercial property deal of this type @ 6.6%APR. Deal completed today - when I thought it was a long shot from the start.

Stephen and his team were exceptionally smooth and efficient, helping to communicate with all parties involved in conveyancing, while keeping me fully informed the entire time.
