I've emailed them several times and have not had any response! There is no customer service phone number to contact them either ! They sent a duplicate order and charges. Very disappointing. Be aware.

Wow. I'm going to echo what everyone else is saying here - order never arrived and despite multiple attempts to reach their customer service, I never received a response. Just awful.

I ordered a trio set for a gift. It came with a free gift. They sent the free gift and not the trio set. I contacted them 3x through email. I only received auto response that they received the email. I had to go out and purchase another Christmas gift.

I’ve been using their perfume for several years. Have placed about 6 orders with them and never needed any assistance. This year I ordered a set and was sent the wrong items. Contacted them for over two weeks and they never replied. I really like their products but unfortunately I can’t risk ordering from them again. It seems like I will be stuck with fragrances I will not use. I’m confused on why a company would run a business this way.
Terrible Experience
Like many other reviewers, I have been completely shocked by the lack of response from customer service. I began a return with them in mid-November and followed all of the steps and directions. As of today, I have still not been refunded for the return which was delivered back to the company a month ago. I have reached out daily to no avail and have now escalated this to my bank. Customer service has continually ignored my emails and requests for an update on my refund. Needless to say, this was my first and last time making a purchase from Henry Rose. What a disappointing and frustrating experience this has been.
Zero response or updates from Customer Service
Ordered a perfume as a Christmas present on 12/7. Order status is still "Confirmed". I've emailed customer service twice with no response, not even a confirmation that they received my email. I can't even cancel my order and purchase elsewhere because I don't trust that there will be a response to my request. My daughter and I love their perfumes but, at this point, I will never risk ordering from them again.
Received but zero communication
Earlier today, I was going to give them a 1 star review because I was having the exact same experience as some of the others here (ordered but didn't hear anything after that). But then I very unexpectedly RECEIVED my order which was both confusing and a relief. I had no idea it was even in transit, much less out for delivery, because I went 10 days (ordered on Dec 8) without a shipping confirmation email or a reply to my emails asking whether it had shipped. I was afraid I had been scammed. (I made sure to check my junk folder daily too.) Suddenly there it was out of the blue. I was very happy and thankful to have received it but overall it was an odd experience.
I get that businesses are swamped during the holidays, but no communication at all? I wonder what the deal is and whether Michelle Pfeiffer is aware of the poor customer service. Anyway, I hope they get their issues sorted because the samples I ordered are just what I hoped for but I'm not sure I will dare to order again even after the holidays if it's going to be a stressful experience. Also I'd hate for them to go out of business because of it.

If I could give a -10 star I would. They are horrible. I feel completely taken advantage of. They sent the wrong order and refuse to respond to my emails except the first one stating to email them my request and wait for a return code which after 2 weeks and 6 emails I still have not received a return code or any communication. They were happy to take my money instantly though!!

UPDATE ON MY HENRY ROSE ORDER: Still no response. (Its been since 12/3 since the order was placed). I send emails daily about the order. Nothing! Maybe Michelle Pfeiffer should be involved in these issues as she is the founder of the product. I would be embarrassed that a perfume company I was supporting was not responding to its customers. Just my opinion.
Disgraceful
No customer service at all. Acknowledged order and then went dark for 10 days. Currently pursuing cancel-refund but they only accept email that they don't respond to. Opened a dispute with PayPal and have continued to send emails everyday with no response. Disgraceful treatment of customers.
Limited customer service
Their perfume is great, but they have limited customer service. It took 12 days for someone to respond about an issue I had with an order. I finally got a response after threatening to do a chargeback to my credit card. Granted, this was over the holiday season, and hopefully they rectify this staffing issue soon. I have no complaints about the actual product.
Delivery is absolutely horrible
Delivery is absolutely horrible. I ordered from Henry rose and another company a day afterwards. Both companies were same shipping. I’m still waiting for my Henry Rose parfum to come in after more than waiting a week. The other company I ordered from was received 3 days after purchase and it shipped further away from where Henry rose is located. I tried contacting customer service and it’s automated, all they did was sent me an automated tracking link which I already have. I’m hoping the parfum actually smells good and I don’t have to return especially after reading everyone’s nightmare return experience. All I can say is buyer beware. I’m hoping I actually even receive my package.

Truly awful customer service
Truly awful customer service. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional and irresponsible from a mail order company before. I have let Henry Rose know for a week now that if I don’t hear from them and they don’t issue my money back for my order or show proof of order finally being sent (ordered 10-27-24) that I will contact the Better Business Bureau and I got one email (the only way you can contact them or they communicate) asking me for information they already knew. After I gave them that info there has been nothing but crickets. The reason all of this is a problem is very oddly they said my package was delivered within two days of order which is not how my orders in the past have gone at all. Usually it’s a week or more before receiving the order. The order was not received- it never showed up. They have done nothing to follow up or let me know something. As much as I love the perfume because of my extreme sensitivities I will never order from them again. They have $156 of my money and no one is letting me know anything.
Loyal customer no more. Bad return policy
I've been wearing Torn for several years now I have had no issues. I recently ordered a full bottle and thought I ordered the travel size but mistakenly ordered Jake's house. I requested an exchange and they said at the time, they're not doing exchanges or returns. My order was well over $75 so I don't understand why they're denying my return, especially considering their website says that orders over 75 bucks are eligible for returns. I did not open the box so it has not been used. I think this is super sketchy and I'm very disappointed in Henry Rose because I used to rave about them to my friends. Now I'm going to have to find another ethical fragrance company because I've lost faith in the integrity of this one.

I purchased from them multiple times with no need for help. WELL now i need help and am about to lose it.
I ordered my usual perfume. Finally received the box (which does take very long) then I opened it and it's not what I ordered. So I thought maybe I made a mistake, checked my order an nope, it was them. Guess what. 5 days with no reply. So now what. What a waste of 132.tax shipping. Will never buy again.

If I could put zero I would. I saw Michelle Pfeifer on the Tonight Show Nov 3, 2023. Talking about her perfume. She showed a number of perfume samples in a good sized box. I went to the website to order what she said was a Discovery Box thinking it was the same as what she had on TV. I paid almost $50 for it. When I received it, it was 2 tiny boxes of a few free samples like they give you at the perfume counters. I emailed their customer service and told them this is not what I ordered. They said "Sorry" we don't refund Discovery Boxes. What the heck? Total bait and switch. I told them I would complain to the Better Business Bureau which I did and also dispute it with my credit card company. I have received emails back from their customer service but they just say, I hope you understand. Yeah, I understand this is a complete rip off.
