They Ghosted Me
Tried to cancel an order I placed two weeks ago. Three emails to them have gotten no response. Shows order is still processing, so not sure what’s happening. I received a travel Smyth that either had leaked out or was already used (1/4 gone). Wish there was a phone number for customer service. Won’t order again from Henry Rose website.

The refund process is sketchy
The refund process is sketchy. I returned a perfume that made me feel ill. Paid for the return shipping myself (they do not provide free return shipping.)
I then waited a month for a refund. Despite tracking showing it was delivered to them, they kept saying they didn’t receive.
I had to file a dispute with my credit card company in order to get my money back. Henry Rose never refunded.

Awful customer experience. Would not order again because of it.
The actual perfumes smell great, but non-existent customer service. I was only shipped half of my order, I am still waiting for a response after a MONTH. I have sent 3 emails and multiple instagram messages. I receive an automated reply to my emails, so I know they are going to the correct address. Appalling experience with the customer service.
