HeptaPay is an Online Agent for Mobile Money in East Africa. We allow customers to transfer money from their debit or credit cards into MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, and M-PESA in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). We also allow customers to pay businesses directly to their Safaricom M-PESA Buy Goods Till Numbers in Kenya, or MTN MoMo Pay Codes in Rwanda. A customer is not required to sign up with HeptaPay in order to transact. HeptaPay accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, or American Express debit cards from anywhere in the world.

Scam Alert
I made a transaction Transaction ID #HP-041026EZ20| and they deducted the money but the transaction didn’t go through . I contacted them but they are saying it didn’t authenticate but I got charged on my end yet the money didn’t go through. I still haven’t gotten my money back.
After all this I emailed and they said they have no record of the transaction and that I will not be given any further replies mind you they had already admitted to refunding.

We are sorry about your experience. Failed transactions can sometimes still show as debited but are reversed immediately. Please contact support again with your transaction ID so we can follow up and resolve this for you.

Service Unavailable
This is not a service to rely on constantly or for emergencies! Their service is always down! "Service Unavailable" status after every few minutes! They should simply close down if they can't keep their service running constantly.

Very good service but slow execution
Very good service but slow execution. I made the transaction at 1:30pm, and it finally went through to momo at 6:30pm, 5hrs later.
