I’ve been using herbal dog products for some time now and find they are really helpful in keeping my dogs in tip top condition. The grooming products work so well in keeping their coats shiny and easy to brush. They also smell good too! My dogs also have the gut health supplement to ensure their tums are happy!

As a professional groomer good quality products that offer great value whilst being safe on the environment are massively important to me. I haven’t used any of the supplements but do use the shampoos/conditioners/scents and face wash. Customer service on the 2 occasions I’ve needed support has been fantastic. The only product I have used that I didn’t like was the ear cleaner but that was a personal issue rather than product performance (I hate the smell)
Only points I would like to raise would be to be able to buy the face wash and scents in bigger bottles please!! (Hence 4.5 instead of 5*)

Like this company’s ethos so ordered a shampoo and a couple of sprays. Pleased with how it arrived and the products are fab. The sprays aren’t too strong smelling which is nicer for pets. Love the scents and will order more when these run low.

The order and delivery process was great. There was a slight issue that was totally my own fault as I had misread the information provided. I asked to return and I was given a refund for the particular item with no quibble. Will definitely recommend, and be back - my dog is smelling fabulous!

The pooch actually likes it no kidding she's eating it happily and its all safe and natural I have used the flea drops before and was impressed 🐕🐶

Shampoo smells amazing and puppa's fur is soooo soft!!!

We started using the calming powder and drops 2 years ago on our very stressed and nervous rescue dog. A year later we rescued a very bouncy untrained puppy . The calming kit has helped both dogs in various situations.

I had a missing parcel and Suzzie helped me. Suzzie responded within 24hours and was very quick and efficient to solve the problem.

This company’s products are excellent and their customer service is first class. Would highly recommend!

Brilliant products which make a real difference!

Absolutely fantastic range of products! I’ve had my dog on the teeth blend and the harmony blend for about a year and have both made an improvement, i recently tried the silver serum to help with a little sore patch and my god within a day i noticed how well it had already healed! 100% recommend to anyone looking for great natural alternatives

First & foremost the products are fabulous! They're so gentle on Poppy (Staffie, Boxer cross) whilst giving her a really good clean and leaving her smelling delightful. When she's had a wash, people on our walks have commented on her soft fur and how lovely she smells so it's not just my opinion!

Cust Servs: I had a minor issue just on a delivery so emailed CS and received a really friendly response that both answered and resolved it in one swoop. Couldn't have asked for more, I was really happy.

Have used the powders for over a year now and they have definitely helped my dogs allergies and tummy problems. They ate older now and so have started them on the herbalflex and it is making a difference to there movements.

The food topper has helped with my dogs itching and seemed to have calmed it down

We’ve been purchasing bathing products from Herbal Dog for a couple of years now. The service is second to none, we order online & it’s delivered within a couple of days! The shampoos including the freshen up sprays are lovely. They last a long time as you don’t need a lot to get a good lather up. We also like the face wash as it’s kind to our labradoodle’s eyes. The ear cleaning lotion is also very good as she’s a real sea swimmer & beach fan so ears always need a good clean afterwards. It’s certainly prevented ear infections. Nina smells lush after her bath in any of her stock of shampoos! Great prices too, competitive with others on the market. 😊
